They are also very knowledgeable about lifting. We spoke about weightlifting and they gave me some suggestions on my routine on what I should focus on and adjust to reach my gainz and goals!Also, they are a family friendly location! Not only is there a kids menu with healthy products, but they also have a kid friendly area that will keep them entertained with toys.10/10 recommend to come here for any pre/post recovery and protein shakes or tea!

The newest healthy shake and meal replacement shop in Menifee has opened its doors to the public! I know of a few other places like this in the area, but this place really is top-notch! Owners Ryan and Lulu have combined their many years of fitness expertise, and this here is their bread and butter! I finally got a chance to try one of their shakes from the muscle menu and also one of their elevated teas. I picked the Salted Caramel Cheesecake for a post-workout shake and the Cactus Cooler tea. The sizes are huge, so you definitely get your money's worth. They even let you have the leftover shake in a cute baby cup! If you have little ones, they'll love it, too! The Cactus Cooler was so refreshing, and it was a pure delight watching them put it together. My shake had 36 grams of protein and honestly kept me satisfied for most of the day. I wasn't hungry until late afternoon, and I got the shake around 10 am. I love that you have the option to add more protein by the scoop. If you're having trouble hitting that daily protein intake, I highly recommend coming here. They even give a discount when you purchase a combo like I did. What's not to love? The open parking lot outside is great. Bonus: they're located next to a donut shop, so you can sneak in some macros while you're here, lol! Bottom line: awesome place with amazing products, great tasting shakes and teas, with competitive prices to match. The shop is clean and bright, and the owners are very knowledgeable and helpful. Staff is very friendly. I can't wait to go back and try a meal replacement shake!
