We went to go for the luncheon special at 2:35 on 4/1/2024. It was busy so the young man hostess at the front told us it would be await for 30-45 minutes. We waited in our car for 40 minutes. We went back to check for a table. The young man told us he had called but I never was called. He said we would have start all over and weren't going to be able to order the lunch special I told him to just forget itand left. I was put-out with his attitude. I have been a frequent customer but I am not going to return anytime soon. I will tell other people about situation. You have so many customers so maybe no one cares.

I visited Olive Garden at 3pm expecting a brief wait, but unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. After providing my contact details, I was informed of a 15 to 20-minute wait time. However, after 30 minutes passed without any update, I inquired about our table only to discover we were not on the waiting list. Despite being added then, another 30 minutes elapsed without being seated, leading us to leave the restaurant. This experience was disappointing and an area where Olive Garden could improve their customer service.

If I could give this place a zero I would. I've been to hundreds of "gardens" all across the United States and this has to be hands down the worst. Made a reservation and still waited 30 mins after we were "ready" cold bread sticks, bad service, rude hostess. Never coming back and don't recommend coming!

Our server was amazing he brought our appetizers was on point fried calamari cooked to perfection our drinks were never empty highly recommend olive garden off of Newport our dinner was cooked to perfection!
