What’s with the noodles being all broken up, and to many vegetables hardly any noodles.

Gave them my order and had to wait for more kung pao chicken, people before also had to wait. After the people ahead of me get their food they fill 5 more orders. When I say something they can't find my plate and offer to make another but I would have to wait for chow mein. After waiting 20min I wasn't about to wait another 20 so I left.

I ordered bigger plate to go with noodles only as entree. I don’t understand if someone playing a prank or what because my noodles was almost all veggies. This has to be a joke. Looks like they poured the leftovers from previous batch in my plate. Very unprofessional. really disappointed.

Disappointed in our food tonight. First change was no "over the counter samples". I couldn't try something new, so it's a crap shoot if you'll like it. Food quality and service leave much to be desired here. Ragoons were chewing & came with no dipping sauce, rice was dry and crunchy in places, shrimp in our favorite honey walnut shrimp that you pay extra for had a freezer burn taste, both sesame chicken and orange chicken were soggy. Cashier forgot to ring up some of our order. We had to be rung up two separate times. Can someone explain why we are paying more for hirer wages yet getting lower quality food and service? We don't est out often, and with experiences like this, I may opt to forego Panda altogether.

Why stay open until 10, if you refuse to make food until 10!!! Put a sign on the door that says after 9 we do not make fresh food. What does being open until 10:00 mean if you refuse to make fresh food.

To begin, me and my family went in today and ordered food, while being checked out I was debating wether or not to get a watermelon mango drink and was standing near the second register, keep in mind we were still being helped by the wonderful employee with pink hair I forgot to get his name. Seconds later Sydney another employee decided to come up to the second register and say, “excuse me” with an attitude and gesturing a moving motion with her hand. I felt very disrespected. Not only had I not be giving the time to decide whether I wanted the drink or not, she then continued to help another customer completely disregarding us. Thankfully the guy was kind enough to finish checking us out and we were on our way. I acknowledge that I was in the way of the register, but that is no way to talk to anyone regardless if you’re working or not. I really hope these actions are brushed off. This all happened around 5 pm October 28th 2024.

Anna is rude af.. All I wanted was a sample of the new bourbon chicken & she said VERY RUDELY "we don't do samples".. I said "wow you are really rude".. she said "oh well.. we don't do samples".. since she was so rude I went next door to Wingstop where the customer service was excellent!

I visited another location a few months ago and the employee said "we don't do samples but I can put a piece on your plate so you can try it." Now that is how you deliver excellent customer service and that is how you promote your new items so they don't turn into hard nuggets waiting to be eaten by customers!

Food was subpar. Chow mein was tasteless and mushy, orange chicken was chewy, string bean chicken entree had like 2 pieces of chicken and a mountain of string beans. Rangoon and spring rolls were not crispy. Manager was rushing at check out (hey, I want my app points discount!). And no fortune cookies in the bag... Could've been better, for sure.

Bring back Beyond orange chicken. Literally the only I reason I go to any panda express. I have an entire household that is all plant based and if Panda Express is not going to have Beyond as an option any more than we won't go there at all
