Went through drive through girl was rude as it was . I ask for ranch she said yes . Gave me my bag didn’t say anything. There was no ranch I waited and was waving and she was ignoring cleaning the counter just staring and didn’t open the window . She thought the window was super tinted

Iced coffee always needs refilled well coffee in general , creamer and sugar syrup alwsys need to be filled.

Just to be clear. Paid $13 with 20% off discount , got half of half salad. Tried coffee, felt like it was watered down. Feels like they underfilled the food. I have something to compare it to. I always order food from this chain. Disappointed.

Maria at front desk cashier is amazing ! We have been there a couple of times this week and she always greets us with a smile! She is very patient while we decide on what to order . She makes great suggestions on sandwiches, soups , salad and also desserts! We enjoyed her food choices! She acknowledge us when we walk in the door as well. Thank you so much Maria ! You are a great asset to Panera Menifee!

I gave it 4 stars because of very long waits. I believe they are replacing booths covers etc. I believe its the manager who is involved in many jobs My guess is understaffed perhaps because of vacations.
The staff, including the person I believe is the manager, are all very nice.

Bought a tomato basil bread n it felt apart I called and spoke to one of the so called manager which said yes we usually donate the bread at the end if night because I was the last customer n that's the reason the bread was cut in half. Great but when I pay $10.a loaf I want to decide if I want my bread cut in half.
