I was really excited to finally try Papa Smash at Menifee. The burgers looked stacked and the fries massive from the menu pictures. I have to say I was disappointed. The Smash Burger was not like the pictures. They were small and honestly did not have a lot of flavor. Very disappointed. The fries were actually not bad...you get larger portions than say In n Out and the combination of sauce and beef were on point. They do not have a chilli fries option fyi. Place was clean and the staff was friendly. Since they pretty much specialize in burgers on the menu I was expecting more.

Been seeing this spot connected to a few different gas stations and I finally had time to try it. I got the the double burger and added bacon. It was fire!! The fries r really good too and they do give a lot. They also have a spicy sauce that’s got a good kick to it and tastes really good with the burger and the fries. The pricing is terrible 21 bucks, but I guess that’s where we’re at these days lol

Jade was extremely rude. Didn’t follow directions and then took it out on us when I asked for the spicy sauce again. (She didn’t give me the two I asked for) Hopefully they’re will who will bring a smile to the customers . I love this place but if the customer service continues to go done hill , I’ll have to go elsewhere.

This burger joint sells hyped up food and it is overpriced in my opinion. Burgers are okay and fries were undercooked. Will not be going back. Too pricey for me.

Tried Their Burgers and Fries I decided to check them out after hearing all the hype. My kid wanted a smash burger, so we gave it a shot—not sure what to expect. Prices were definitely on the higher side, but the portions were generous, especially the fries.
We ordered two combos, a papa fry, and a single burger—everything came out to about $60. Honestly, I’d spend about the same at In-N-Out, but this was a different kind of burger experience.
The food quality was solid. The fries were way better than In-N-Out’s, and the burger had a unique flavor—like a mix between Del Taco, The Hat, In-N-Out, and White Castle all in one. Definitely something different, and I’d come back for it again.

My favorite burger is Papa Smash Classic Smash Burger. The meat tastes fresh, well seasoned, and well cooked, the sauce is delicious, the veggies are fresh, the bun is crisp, but soft. I first had it the first week they opened and I keep coming back because it is the only burger in the IE that satisfies my craving for a delicious burger.
