Front doors were locked at 715pm, yet they didn't close till 8 pm. Workers staed they were just trying to leave. 1 worker went to the restroom with her apron on, not very sanitary. Ordered the calazon they forgot to brush the oil on top even though i mentioned it, so it was very dry we did not eat it. Ordered 2 pizzas 1 worker refused to place a solid amount of cheese on it, it litterly has not even a quarter of a cup and you could see all the light pizza sauce and crust we asked 3 times for more cheese and only got a pinch more, no exaggerating a pinch lol.. Spent $35 on 2 pizzas and a calazon I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Iv been eating Pieology for years, I don't know what happened tonight but there very understaffed. When I arrived it was only one lady who had to juggle multiple calls, online orders an she was still amazing with me an my family despite the craziness.

Should have gotten my receipt even after the girl work this night repeated my order she messed up my pizza asked for thin crust and got rising which costs more thought that was strange at the register but after a long day I didn't think too much about it until I got home and realized they screwed up my order just not sure how that happens when the girl repeated it back to me after I asked for it.

Basically the worst salad and pizza I’ve ever seen . Salad was a mess and soggy and tiny for $13 it was the size of a small side salad. Then the pizza was probably 7-8 inches of burnt cardboard like crust . Not sure if it was the workers today or what , but definitely will not ever return here ,

A NEW FAVORITE! I've be burned before with some make-your-own pizza places before like Blaze, and this Pieology is no such place. The guy who was making the pizzas was super nice and professional! Most importantly, he was thorough and asked us if we would like anything else after each section.
I love the plant-based selections here, I got an original crust pizza with vegan cheese, plant-based meat and loads of veggies. The veggies were super fresh and tasty! I recommend adding a dash of sea salt and pepper to your pizza if you're ordering a vegetarian/vegan meal. Apparently, Pieology is serving calzones now? They look great and will definitely be a part of my order next time!
Overall, the restaurant is large with plenty of seating. My only critique is that the trash near the drink fountain should be cleared in a more timely manner. It was a bit of an eye sore. Also, the place could've been a bit cooler, maybe turn up the AC?

In all honesty, the staff have been great. It's unfortunate that they're not being set up for success and end up being human punching bags for upset customers due to their limitations.
Pieology ownership needs to wake up. Empower your site teams to resolve minor issues before they become bigger ones.

Your Menifee location is about to close up too, you have a tall snake like skinny white guy who claims he's the business manager and he was the meanest thing I ever did see rude laughing in our faces and I recorded him maybe you'll go viral on tic Tok! He said his name was Johnny! He can't even run the computer if your business is in decline it's probably him! He obviously hates his job!
