My wife and I have been going to pizza factory and in the past its been very good, but the last 2 times it not only was not good it was just bad!!!!!!! We will not go back. I know There are some people who will keep going to the same place where they always go but but when the food is bad my 1 time anyone can have a off night but 2 times not good I recommend finding something else

They no longer deliver to where I live. So I went to pick up a pizza. I ordered a thin crust. When I got home and opened the box. I found it burned to the point that it was inedible. I was told by a friend that they no longer have a standard pizza ove, but run it under a burner that cooks the bottom and and melts the cheese on top. I guess because because it was a thin crust it burned on the top and the bottom. Like I said, it was inedible. I tried calling to complain. I was left on hold for several minutes and finally just hung up. I guess I should have known when I went in and the place was virtually empty, that their Pizza has changed. They used to be crowded all the time. It's a shame to see such a good pizza place sadly, go downhill.

Great pizza. TONS of toppings. (My friend actually took off a lot of the pineapple because there was so much) Great salad and AMAZING BREADSTICKS! The marinara sauce was delicious too. Super nice staff.

Can't do 5 starts im so disappointed.. where is the salad bar? Like its there but the manager just says hey let's be lazy??, for real please try to remember its about the customer not profits. The staff is amazing. Management just doesn't try anymore

Update: so they were closed last but their computer still took orders. Left us hanging with no dinner. Probably should fix your app.
Not the cheapest pizza at all but it's so good. My top 3 are Round Table, Pizza Factory and Stadium and they all bring something different to the table. We come here kinda often because it's close to the house. The staff is always friendly and we never have to wait too long to get our food. They have great pizza and bread sticks. Come give it a try if you haven't before.

Pizza is so good here!!! Perfect amount of toppings, cheese and sauce! A little arcade area for the kids. A great place to bring family and friends!
