This place needs a major upgrade the table where they opened the cans is so shaky, it looks really bad back there.It's hot as hell The workers are sweating all cramped up. What I've seen the last time I went there. It makes me think about if I should eat my Pizza or not. The way the workers look like they were suffocated. Food is always been great. There. Never had no problems. But the workers are in horrible conditions.

They charged me a total of 3 different times, the first time I did for delivery, once it took over 45 for the food to finish “preparing” I called and asked and they had said that no drivers had been able to pick it up and the food had been sitting for 20 minutes. I asked that if I were to go to pick up the food would I be refunded for the driver tip and delivery fees and she said no, I would need to cancel the order and place a new one. I asked how I could do it and she said she could not cancel it on her end, that I would have to cancel it on the website/app. After trying to do that for 10 minutes i found online that the only way to cancel a online order is by calling the store you ordered it from and ask them to cancel it on their end. So I call back and the same girl picks up and I explain to her that I couldn’t cancel it on my end that it would have to be through her and she said “okay I will cancel it right now” and then hung up. It was seriously rude and disrespectful. So I placed the order again for carry out and after arriving they procede to tell me that the order had complications and they had to charge me again for the order, so for a third time I paid. Getting how the breadsticks were stale and cold and so was the flatbread pizza. Honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if they gave me the food from my previous order over 1 hour and 20 minutes ago. Terrible store and employee that helped me out. I seriously hope they learn from this. 1/5 stars.

They deliver in my area now great service, fast delivery online. I miss how nice and soft and good is the bread of the Pizza. The crust of the bread brings up memories thanks 😊 kids are happy 👍

I placed an online order at 11:09 AM with a scheduled pickup time of 11:24 AM. I arrived around 11:35 AM understanding it might be a bit busy, so I was patient. However, my order wasn’t ready until 12:10 PM — nearly an hour after placing it.
When I brought the pizzas to the car, I noticed that 3 out of 4 pizzas had no cheese or toppings. I returned to the store to address the issue, and the staff member Brianna, who had packed the order, responded with, “Oh well, do you want to cancel your order?” There was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. When I asked for the correct order, she told me it would be another 20 minutes maybe, or I could cancel.
While I completely understand that things can get hectic during busy times, basic quality checks and professionalism go a long way. If the food had been prepared correctly the first time, it would have saved both the staff and myself valuable time. Unfortunately, the lack of accountability and poor customer service made this a very disappointing experience.

We all sat around waiting for the pizza and bread sticks and deserts for my brother’s birthday. We ordered 4 cheese pizzas. And they didn’t make it until my husband and dad showed up to pick up the pizza. They didn’t believe someone would order 4 pizzas. The pizzas were eaten up in like 15 mins. Just because you don’t care for cheese pizza as a worker doesn’t mean other people feel the same. The pizza was pretty decent but not the types of crusts I ordered. So 3 stars.

Their stuffed crust pizza isn't good like it used to be, and they always seem to be short staffed. Workers hardly acknowledge you, at least at the murrieta location.
Horrible service to delivery my order 2 hours trying to get my food nobody answered de phone this is a nightmare lust to get my food and they took my money already

I ordered 4 pizza and only reviewed 3. Tried calling them, no answer. Reached out to their customer service, was told I'll receive a call back in 3 days. But nothing. It's been 2 weeks no refund and problem not resolved. Terrible service!

Horrible atmosphere. Horrible customer service. My pizza was ready, yet the worker didn't look for it. After waiting over 15 minutes, another worker arrived and retrieved my pizza. I even encountered an ignorant customer. This was my first time here and will be my last!

Awful customer service. Called in my order and one hour later no pizza.Gave them the correct address twice while ordering. I called and spoke to the manager to see where my order was and he said DOOR DASH had the wrong address and proceeded to speak to me as if the mistake was my fault, mumbling while speaking couldn't understand most what he was saying. No one called to check for the right address. Pizza arrived nearly cold 2 HOURS from my initial call. Very disappointed and they've been to this address previously. Even the manager needs customer service training because he is rude.

Order for delivery online. When to food arrive the drive don’t come to the door and waited for me to come out to get food. My order was also incorrect. Called store multiple times to no answer. Even called the delivery center and told manager would call nothing. Avoid this place just terrible customer service we tried to get the issue corrected and nothing
