I ordered 4 pizza and only reviewed 3. Tried calling them, no answer. Reached out to their customer service, was told I'll receive a call back in 3 days. But nothing. It's been 2 weeks no refund and problem not resolved. Terrible service!

Horrible atmosphere. Horrible customer service. My pizza was ready, yet the worker didn't look for it. After waiting over 15 minutes, another worker arrived and retrieved my pizza. I even encountered an ignorant customer. This was my first time here and will be my last!

Awful customer service. Called in my order and one hour later no pizza.Gave them the correct address twice while ordering. I called and spoke to the manager to see where my order was and he said DOOR DASH had the wrong address and proceeded to speak to me as if the mistake was my fault, mumbling while speaking couldn't understand most what he was saying. No one called to check for the right address. Pizza arrived nearly cold 2 HOURS from my initial call. Very disappointed and they've been to this address previously. Even the manager needs customer service training because he is rude.

Order for delivery online. When to food arrive the drive don’t come to the door and waited for me to come out to get food. My order was also incorrect. Called store multiple times to no answer. Even called the delivery center and told manager would call nothing. Avoid this place just terrible customer service we tried to get the issue corrected and nothing

I ordered a pizza at 530pm at 601 it was canceled I called 6 times to find out why, supervisors line rings and disconnects. I have called and selected 2 for delivery status it says being prepared. Yet link still says canceled. Idiots really. You can't answer the question you just transfer to nobody. Unreal

I had a somewhat large and a little complicated order. Mistakes were made. This was understandable, almost expected. What made all the difference and what prompted me to leave this review, was the friendly, patient care that was given to me by the manager. I hope I have the correct name, Brianna. Employees like that, make a big difference. Thank you.
Worst experience ever. They send other drivers, that have nothing to do w this business. They transfer to your store, n then they hung up on you. What a waste of time! Save your $$$$ and dont buy from this junk place. Still trying to get my $$$ back n all they say is a manager will contact you. What a sad business.

LOL they sent the wrong pizza. When I called to get it replaced they told me I had to bring the wrong pizza back to prove it, because she thought I was lying, and pick up the new pizza. Despite having ordered for delivery. Paid over 100$ and this is how I get treated. Absolute worst customer service ever and will not be making another order. The woman on the phone should be disgusted with herself. You lost a customer today, good job.
