Horrible service found a hair under the pizza after getting about half way through it lost my appetite some of my family members didn't get to eat and they wouldn't even refund my money for the pizza they tried offering me credit for the next time I order but why would I want to order from you again after getting a long hair in my pizza. I had been calling the store for 2 hours and kept getting a busy tone. We finally decided to drive down to the store seeing that carry out was still open, definitely expecting to walk into a busy store being rushed with last minute deliveries. Instead we were greeted to a dead store and this young lady sitting on her phone.

Comparable or better to BJ's pizza. We like to order their super supreme pan with the hut favorite crust. Delicious. Staff is friendly.

If we could give a zero we would. Last order was horrible, no sauce wasn't pan as selected but decided to give them another shot. Should have known better! Online order accepted delivery went from 30 mins to an hour to 1.5 and nothing. We called store no one answered drove there to demand refund and they were closed. Welp, they might as well remain closed permanently... they're that bad.

Excellent food. However, as I purchased wings with my pizza, I was expecting at least one ranch packet but it was not included ??. I requested two packets from the young girl helping me. She indicated they charge .59 per each packet. She actually charged me $3.87 for both. This price was shown in the register (wage & measures issue?) A gentleman who appeared to be the owner noticed the discrepancy approached a manager with a soft voice about it but, NO corrective action was taken. A simple transaction! Not interested in starting an argument because of this. They had their chance to fix it there. Very disappointed!

Ordered ahead and asked for light sauce and well done. Pizza had almost no sauce and wasn't cooked well. My girl also got honey bbq wings that were surprisingly good. Just the right amount of sauce. Will stick with the PH closer to home.

This isn't a good store to order from. The charged my card and never delivered the food. And when I went to the store to question them they didn't help at all. They blamed the call center and said oh well. Thank God it wasn't my last and I was still able to feed my family.
What happened PIZZA HUT. Once upon a time you really cared about your customers. Prices online are not being honored, and if you use your points they always take longer on your orders. You can try n call them to see were is your order, good luck getting a live person. Phone call always get disconnected or they just hang up on you. Worst customer service. On delivery they don't even give you cheese, peppers, or napkins. And then they tell you that you should have requested it. Even if you did, they always have excuses. On delivery pizza, wings, pasta, you name it its always cold. You are better off buying a frozen pizza and warning it up in your oven. Will not be ordering from this place anymore.

An absolute bad reputation, no different from many franchises these days. If a food as basically simple to make as pizza is not delivered at its most agreeable way, and if we he franchise rest on the laurels of past days when it was good, then the customer base line are the ones keeping such franchise alive, for without business unlikely it could proceed with a mediocre line of products. I used to like Pizza Hut, not anymore. Reviews alone in Yelp testify to a bad state of affairs. All it takes is a capable recipe, good ingredients, and a willingness to make people happy to purchase from Pizza Hut. Apparently, this is not happening, rich as they supposedly are, with glowing commercials and all. 2 Stars.

The horrible thing about delivery is it the drivers always forget something whether it's napkins cheese peppers plates they always forget something you would think by now as long as Delivery has been Inexistent the companies Would know how to set up their delivery drivers with all the essentials for delivery but no not Pizza Hut delivery drivers always forget something it's sad because that's what the tip is based on

After calling in my complete order, verified location, employee told me to call back, went in for pick up, order not there, employee told me they no longer make the advertised "Detroit Pizza" that I ordered, I then ordered something else, terrible way to run a business!

Unorganized staff . Could not understand the gal taking my order. Very disappointing. I ordered a delivery and was told 45min and 1 1/2 hours later I was called and told it would be 30 min. I found out my original order was given to someone else. Not a place for me in the future. Goodbye
