And too busy talking to her co worker to make my food. I could have made them in 10 minutes and I'm slow!!!! Girl with 7 gold hoops in your ears brooooo 20 bucks an hour to bs and move slow? 😭

I place an order on doordash and I asked for sauce I asked for spicy mayo and house poke at two different plates and both plates were bone dry and I called and the manager told me that it's mixed in so I can't really tell and I was like brother I'm looking at my food and it's bone dry like you don't mix nothing to nothing cuz nothing happens and it will give me attitude never come here again is the worst place to eat poke at

Started out great the first girl and guy were nice and friendly I ordered, paid, and was waiting for my order. First guy comes back to give me my drink as I got my drink from the counter this other guy comes out and asked me kind of rude “do you need anything else?” Not thinking much about it I said no thank you I’m just waiting for the first guy to finish with my food. He then goes over to the guy and takes over kind of yelling at him about butting too much salmon in my order. This guy then gives me 4 small pieces. I took my order but I’m never ordering anything from there again unfortunately because of that guy

Be careful: the manager and I quote "Does not like people" and if your order is wrong, it is YOUR fault apparently..... My order was made wrong during my doordash so I offered to let them make it right by making a new one the next day and I would have to drive and get it. I was not thanked by a manager when I asked for him. "Ian" I was told he "does not like people" as I could see him preparing his phone to record in a window reflection and I heard him speaking English just fine to his employees. The young man proceeded to tell me that this is the second time I'VE done this. Shocked, I said excuse me this is the second time YOU have done this. Terrible attitudes and always something wrong with the order.
SAVE YOURSELF THE $20 AND GO TO RALPH’S NEXT DOOR FOR THE $9.99 sushi TBH…
This review is solely for the service… food is alright but I mean really, there’s so many poke places that trying to stand out can be a little difficult. I get it. HOWEVER, my review is for the smug female working the serving station. Does it kill you to smile? Every time she asked me the item I wanted, there was zero eye contact, she seemed heavily annoyed that she had to help me in all honesty. The employees here seem like they hate their job. Luckily I only went to order something to go. Can’t imagine dining in! Here’s a tip that hopefully earns you more tips: a tip from a customer is EARNED by being charismatic and giving a customer a good experience so hopefully they come back and tip you more! It is NOT a right. I hit $0 on the tip line, will not be returning. I’ll take my business to the Murrieta location. At least they told me to have a good day and pretended like they meant it. ?

From the moment I walked in, the gentleman who assisted me was both courteous and patient. I don’t order this type of food very often, but I found it frequently more and more delicious. This place did not disappoint me! All that’s left, is for me to come back again and again.
And they make boba!!!! ? pow ?
The boba was great!
They were a little busy but handled my order pretty quickly.

Terrible food. Tastes not good. The employees seem miserable. I felt like I was inturpting their night. The seaweed was thick and gross. Seaweed is usually very thin and have a crunchy texture and this is thick and wierd. The ginger is completly dry. All around jjst not a good experience. Used to be cheaper and better. Miserable employees, bad food expensive prices.
