Everything was fine but the male worker at the window with blonde hair at 5:04 pm on Sunday April 7th was extremely rude. He didnt even say your welcome or greeted us and just ignored me and my mom. I always get treated well here but this is the first time I felt so mistreated :( I really hope you guys talk to him and let him know saying your welcome is costomer service.

Cane's is always great! Took my son at 11pm last night to satisfy our late night Cane's craving! Food is always fresh and delicious! My only negative observation was that the tables and floors needed some attention. Other than that, we'll keep coming back again and again!

Always excellent service with any Canes that you go to. Food was consistently good. For some reason they were really slow this day, normally pretty fast.
Delicious food, good portions and it's not expensive. Place doesn't have enough tables to ea indoors when it gets full. Enjoy eating here though.

Our first time here 3/22/2024My kids wanted to come - we had a nice experience coming in the drive thru .Galvin was sweet and helpful ( we ordered and was out in less than 5 mins )He did mention that sometimes there is a long line but we did not experience that.We got some lemonade and some chicken and fires and the sandwich.The only issue was the lettuce ( was soggy and old ) ? not sure what happened.But the chicken was hot and freshFries were goodAnd the sauce was delicious!Definitely stop by and enjoy !

Went for my first time with my wife to pick up food for our family and had a bad experience. The food was OK, the sauce was good, but the service was horrible. The guy that was standing/working the drive thru taking our order was so condescending and rude. His general tone and demeanor was so off-putting.

Service is always a delight here. It's consistently a pretty busy location, but the staff remains polite and inviting, and the cook line keeps the food coming!Parking: There is plenty of parking available, though you may just have to walk over to the restaurant, depending on the time of day.

Raising Cane's isn't a great match for me, I'm a spicy chicken person and they have nice juicy tenders that are bland if you don't do them in a mild dipping sauce, their portions of chicken are very small for the large price, not a bang for buck place, you have to spend to get full in this place, at least from chicken anyway, my wife like the fries dipped in their sauce.I will go back every now and then but I won't be a regular.My cons: price, portions (of chicken) and no spice.Pros : very fast service indoors, nice cashiers, clean..

The honey mustard was like water and tasted horrible. Coleslaw tasted old this was our first time to come to Canes Chicken and I don't think we'll be back.
