Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Wow! .. What a wonderful food experience this was. Not only do they offer great food but fast & friendly service as well. The classic $9.99 burger combo is amazing! And the bottomless fries /sides is such a great deal. I highly recommend this location. Thank you Red Robin Menifee we'll be back! 😊

Once we sat down and ordered it took a few minutes for the food to come out. It was great and the services was 10/10.

We’ve been coming here for years. This last time I have noticed a shift. First our server right away was Miss grumpy pants , I get they deal with a lot of mean people but I’m not one of them so she didn’t need to be rude to me and my family off the jump. Next took her forever to bring our drinks, she brought my husbands beer and was like oh yea and your guys drinks , very weird. Then as I expected our appetizers came out and five mins later our food. She hardly came to our table, not once asked if we needed drink refills . My husband’s beer had something floating in the bottom of it so we sent it back. Our food was good so my rating is for the food. Once we got our food our waitress was no where to be found. We noticed they tend to avoid serving more fries despite red robbins whole thing is bottomless sides. We Finaly got her attention and my husband said we like more fries please. She took forever to bring out a serving of fries. My husband by then had enough and said no we all got meals isn’t it bottomless fries ? She then got snappy (mind you we’ve been Patient with her this whole time ) she said all sides are bottomless , so my husband said okay so we all got meals I want fries for each of us , she snapped out of her attitude really quick once she saw my husband was sick of her crap. She then said oo okay ! Went back and brought two serving of fries in two mins , weird the first serving took her forever to bring. Even thou she was rude my husband still tipped her graciously . Also this location is very run down and needs a makeover, the blinds are so gross and cover with sauce and food splatter all crusty , walls by the booth were crusty and sticky . The menus were gross. Guess all the Covid practices are out the window lol next time we will try the Temecula location hopefully they won’t be stingy with their bottomless fries like menifee lol

We walked in an hour before closing, and staff refused to acknowledge us. We walked out and went to another place nearby. Disappointed in this experience.

This this was my first visit to this restaurant,we walked into a room of smiles. Everyone was so pleasant and smiles on their faces and courteous. Our server was great she checked on us repeatedly made sure we didn't need anything got anything that we did need and all was a big smile and kind words. Will recommend this restaurant and we will be going back for more great food and atmosphere, this was a great location

I usually go to this Red Robin location and I have had good service in the past. Today was terrible. There was some workers I wasn’t used to seeing and the woman who served me and my family was negative and aggressive. She kept snarling at me and just wasn’t pleasant at all. I gave her a low tip due to her unpleasant attitude. Hopefully in the future they can hire better staff because I have never experienced such hostility until today. Not happy at all. I will not be back for a while.
