We always love eat at Red Robin. The food was Good. So was the Service.

The burger lovers loved their meals but it's Not a place for vegetarians. Salad was so-so, garlic broccoli was gross, they used raw garlic. Endless fries were blonde, not fried enough.

The burgers are flavorful and the onion rings too. My friend raved about the BBQ ribs. A little pricey.

Its Red Robin, been there a few times, its alright... its a bit pricey..

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat on a Tuesday night. Service was mediocre.
Chloe, our server, was polite at first.
It seemed she was upset as the evening progressed.
When delivering additional fries, Chloe just walked up threw down the trays of fries on the table without saying anything and just walked away. I thought this action was rude!
We were then ignored for quite some time.
We had to ask the hostess to get Chloe's attention to get a refill on our drinks.
Once again, the drinks were dropped off at the table with attitude and no words spoken.
It wasn't until the end of our meal that polite helpful Chloe showed up. This young lady was working her tip.
We had a few issues with our bill that was eventually worked out with the help of the helpful manager.
Even with the funky service, a %15 tip was left for Chloe. (I usually leave 20%-30% tip).
I think this is probably the last time my family and I visit this Red Robin location.

Kids in the bar side of the restaurant when there were 2 other areas that already had kids and plenty of seating available...

We left very quickly after they were seated behind us in an almost empty restaurant.

This place is in serious need of remodeling. It’s a mess. Cracked booth benches, trim missing on the walls.

My husband and I just left this location. Initially, the service ways really good. Our server was very attentive and kind.
Then, we received our food. My husband’s burger had a hair in it. The chicken tenders I ordered looked like they were sitting under a heat lamp all day…and our new server was less than interested in customer service.
Welp! Ya win some, ya lose some.
Maybe we’ll try the Hemet location again.

A....small burger (speciality) $18, add Cole Slaw, which they make it seem it's included but I guess only fries so pay the extra $3 n shut ur mouth because the service was great n not her fault, but come on small Burger n smalllll Cole slaw for $21 + tax/tip($27) Wow I'll stick to my local Tavern n Grill where I can get n old school burger which will actually fill me up. I have no problem paying for a decent sized meal, but for $23....and i could still eat another ....Red Robin u won't last! (here's a free tip, give a meal size portion for the $$$) and INCLUDE Cole Slaw!

Red Robin. I have a love hate relationship with this location. Service has been iffy over the last 15 years. My thing is if you bring me a refill of soda without me asking you are good. That’s it. Recently it’s been better. But how did they come up with Red Robin the name? Was it created alongside the Chuck Entertainment Cheese Era? And they thought we need a freakin mascot or we will be left behind? They got together and said what has everyone loved since the beginning of time? Some said Family? No. Some said love? No. Then it was obvious. Red Robin’s. Everyone knows a lot about them and loves them. Chuck E Cheese was the premium bday setup when I was little. So much fun. Anyway. Red Robin’s. Great birds. Great burgers.

Good food for an American style chain restaurant. Known for burgers and milkshakes. I like the Whiskey BBQ Chicken Sandwich, myself. The restaurant was very clean and organized. Our server was great.

My boyfriend and I came to Red Robin in Menifee tonight and we were truly disappointed.. although the food and service was decent, the restaurant was horribly disgusting… there was food, trash, and to go containers all over the floor like it had not been cleaned up for hours even though the restaurant wasn’t busy! the menus were dirty and sticky, we should’ve left. The staff didn’t seem like they wanted to be there, but the food got served quick.. All I can say as someone who has worked in the restaurant business and who still does… please do better. We will definitely not be returning..
