Have the double bacon burger. Absolutely amazing. Was tasty, wasn't too greasy. Our first time there the service was five star excellent but the last time only three star. I believe it may be hit or miss. But besides that, the food there from my experience is pretty damn good.

Went to pick up my food. They had it ready to go, so 3 stars for that. Upon arriving, there was no greeting of any sort. I just stood there, not knowing who to go to. 1 chick at the front desk was doing her own thing, and there were 2 by the to go desk that were talking amongst each other while 1 just folds kids menus. I had to go up and tell them I was picking up and I guess They were having an important conversation with an AT&T associate, who was ordering food. Didn't know it took 2 people to order 1 person's food.Hopefully they start doing their jobs right.

The waitress was not very friendly or helpful.Wheelchair accessibility: My boyfriend transferred from his wheelchair to a chair and it seemed as if it was a hassle for the hostess... You can put the chair by the restroom or front door. I found her to rude.

Last weekend my 4 friends and I went out to red robin for our friends birthday. We secretly told the waitress that it was his birthday while he went to the bathroom. They sang the song a few minutes later and gave him the ice cream but while they all walked away one of the workers said “they are so weird.” We didn’t even do anything to get that response. All we did was laugh and record like your suppose to when your having a good moment. The food was good but the refills and checks took a very long time.Edit: Forgot to mention that two of the workers were arguing about something right next to us and started cursing at eachother. Felt like we were eating on the set of a reality tv show.
