I do takeout. The price are reasonably. Food if good and tasty. Service is speedy and staff is friendly. They give big portions.

If I could give them negative stars, I would, so instead I give 2 thumbs down. We've always liked their food and have ordered before. But this last time we placed an order through GrubHub we did not have a good experience. NOT GrubHub's fault at all. Santiago's sent our order with no salsa at all. We had to eat our shredded beef tacos with some packets of Taco Bell hot sauce that we found in our fridge. When we called them, the woman who answered the phone did not care at all - and what's worse is she tried "to pass the buck" by saying it was the Grubhub driver's fault. It is never any delivery drivers job to fulfill a customers food order. All the driver does is pick up the order that is already packed and ready to go. They then drive to the customers house and hand the order to them. The delivery driver is never, ever to add in or take out anything from a customers order. That is not their responsibility. Shame on this woman for trying to put that on the driver. Santiago's did not offer to do anything for us - no offer to send someone back with salsa. No free tacos. Not even a couple bucks off the cost of the order. Nothing. MOST IMPORTANTLY NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY!!! Absolutely no customer service. And no pride in taking care of their customers. We texted the Grubhub driver. She apologized and said she cannot do that. She said that she cannot put anything in the bags, nor serve anything, or take anything out because it's a violation of the health code law. Which Santiago's employees should know. So we notified Grubhub. GrubHub gave us wonderful customer service. Five dollars off our next order. And they said they will handle the situation with this business because it is a health code violation for them to expect the drivers to fulfill any part of a customers food order. They are delivery drivers. All they do is pick up an order that's already packed and ready to go. And take it to the customer. Nothing else should be expected from them. Thinking about notifying the health department as well. They should never be having anyone else but them touch or fulfill a customers food order. I really advise anyone to stay away from this place. There are plenty of other taco shops and taco trucks - all who would be happy to have the business. And would treat their customers right. Santiago's Taco shop is not going to last as the area continues to grow and more competition comes in. Not with their lack of customer service. Order from someone else - anyone else!!!

I picked up my food and they forgot some of my food. I understand mistakes happen but hey we're giving me a hard time when I called to let them know. Customer service is bad. Food quality is not good. Carne asada has no flavor and tough.

First once we got there they were all being rude we had ordered food online and they forgot our carne asada fries and when we called (not even 10 minutes later) to tell them they told us “that there is nothing they can do because we took out food already” then they said that we could get our money back.. all the other food we ordered was not cooked well all around horrible experience… food tasted horrible… bad customer service
