I don't know who has been making the drinks and boba these past few weeks, but it's extremely inconsistent. I get a blended, and it's either one extreme of sweet with no flavor or faint flavor and no sweetness. The boba itself feels undercooked with no brown sugar flavoring at all. The blends are chunky too.
As much as I enjoy ShareTea, I need to switch to a different business until whatever is causing the inconsistency is fixed.

Workers are super friendly and helpful. I usually come between 7-9 and they are quick! Got my tasty drink within 5 minutes. When it’s busy probably like 10 minutes.

I like the ambiance and the drinks are great. My go to is the Mango ice blended with ice cream. I add the popping bobba and jelly and it makes it better (to my taste)

And I come here quite often. I’m a college student so I’m kind of want a budget. Their tea taste really good. But this is the second time I’ve come in and I’m unable to use my free drink coupon. Because it’s not connected to my Clover app and I have the coupon I have a physical coupon on my app. I have a link. I have a QR code and it doesn’t work every time. Once again, it’s not the workers fault inside, but it’s still upsetting like why even even offering me a free drink coupon if I can’t use it.

Sharetea never fails me, I've never been to any other Sharetea but this one always cooks their tapicoa pearl balls well and their jellies always taste fresh. Never undercooked. The tea and sweetness are always so great and the selection is wide. I'll try other bubble tea shops and they just never compare to Sharetea standards.
