Shame on management for only having 2 workers during peak times on a Saturday! The poor workers and the people who had to wait 30 minutes for a drink. I love the drinks, they’re always delicious, but I feel like they’re sabotaging themselves by cutting costs trying to make 2 workers handle a busy weekend.

It was good ... Ordered a strawberry Smoothie ? with ice cream ?... Very tasty. I was not familiar with ShareTea but the staff explained things well. I was able to make a tasty choice. I have noticed that most ShareTea establishments are super busy, but that's a good thing that speaks to their tasty product. This review is long overdue (for this location)! Been here several times, and not only are the drinks consistent but so is the customer service. From start to finish, they're quick and complete my order with a smile. Everyone is super nice and helpful - sometimes I want to switch it up and try something new, and they're more than willing to offer recommendations. So glad they offer the mini pearls, as most boba places don't - the regular sized bobas can be a little filling even when I ask for half the amount in my drink.

Probably the best boba shop in the area :)They have a decent variety of drinks and flavors to choose from. The boba is always chewy and cooked perfectly. Other boba shops in the area either cheap out on the toppings or their boba isn't good. I got the German Shepherd (grapefruit green tea with an assortment of toppings) which is from their Frozen Bliss series. They weren't stingy with the toppings and the level of sweetness was perfect! I was able to order very quickly and they also have a point/reward system. The boba shop itself is kind of small, but has a decent amount of seating and space.Overall, the only good boba shop that's worth spending your money on in the city! Be sure to stop by to satisfy your boba craving :)

First time visiting this boba chain/location. We definitely brought in the crowd in the later afternoon, there was a large order ahead of us, but we didn't wait longer than 5 minutes. Ordering was simple, the girl at the register (Jelly) was really nice and helpful when we asked questions about a few drinks that were advertised. We enjoyed our drinks on a warm day, but I didn't care much for the herb jelly that I added, tastes a lot different than grass jelly IMHO. Would try something new, but only if in the area. I would have gave three stars, but my husband loved his taro drink so I bumped it up one star!

Drink are good. Atmosphere is good. Bathroom is not clean. Employees are mainly kids. They work hard when the boss is there, but when the boss is not there, they will turn off the online order and move extremely slow. You will wait for 30 mins just for 2 drinks.Online ordering is constantly OFF! Even on a Tuesday afternoon. Why have order online option if you are just going to keep turning it off?

Yes there is usually a wait but I always say worth the wait because of the quality of the drink. Recently I ordered a drink but I ordered it wrong on the app and it was my fault but they were happy to fix it even during their busy hours.
