đABSOLUTELY A-WARNING The worst SB. One âïž is too kind! Pass up this one for another or head to another brand coffee shop altogether! My Drive through order was SO WRONG, obviously they do not listen or care. I am normally not one to complain, BUT the experience was super wasteful of my hard earned money & the order was SO disappointing. I actually called and very cordially & gently explained the issue and what is even WORSE- a lady seems to have intentionally left me on hold for well over 5 minutes with no apology or solution! I will NOT ever go back to this HORRIBLE SB and as SUGGESTED start trying drive thru at Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf or another shop for everything related to coffee instead. đĄShame on this SB! Horrible customer service! Absolutely unacceptable.

Iâll say this place has some of the worst customer service. The drive-thru is friendly and fast, but walking in or ordering ahead for pickup means a 45-minute wait not including the drive there. I counted eight employees working while customers stood at the register waiting for help. Management is clearly lacking attentiveness to customer needs
They do their best for service, but under pressure they fall behind up to 20 minutes.

I went to this starbucks with my partner on the way to an interview and this is the worst experience iâve ever had with starbucks. I ordered a carmel brĂ»lĂ©e latte with oat milk and it tasted like fish sticks (my normal). The egg white bites were burnt and the double smoked sandwich tasted off. I feel like if you are going to make your drinks so expensive you should at least make them decent. I didnt have time to ask for a new one as I had time constraints and I never complain but this is ridiculous.
