Extremely long wait – disappointing experience!
I visited the Starbucks at 27559 Newport Rd in Menifee and was shocked by how long it took. I ordered ahead online hoping to save time and picked up through the drive-thru, but ended up waiting almost 40+ minutes just for two drinks. Once you’re in line, there’s no way to get out, so I was completely stuck. Really frustrating and not what I expect from Starbucks.

I usually like to leave good reviews but this store is terrible. I can't even say how many times ive had to park my truck after going through the drove through and go inside to have my drink properly made. It's not overly complicated and it gets messed up most of the time. This is the most inconsistent store in the area when it comes to drink quality. Sometimes they're good but most of the time they're off in some way or another. It's frustrating when you're paying close to $7 for a drink, it should be made right. I've also noticed that if the line is long, the quality control goes away. They do have some nice employees though..... p.s. the drink in the picture was way undersweetened and gross

Wait times are extremely slow, especially for the drive thru. There is never any apology for wait time. Drinks are made incorrectly at least half the time.

The staff is always friendly. I love the chai latte hot with soy and eight pumps of chai. The drinks and food I do have to say are pretty expensive now. I used to go every day but now I go maybe once a month when I’m running errands. Sometimes the drive-through is quick and sometimes you wait 20 minutes in your car.

This location is really an outlier in the Starbucks experience.. and not in a good way . 3 out of 3 drinks done wrong and tasted gross Barista was not rude and condescending yet couldn’t get basic drinks inputted correctly

The largest Starbucks in this area I have seen. The customers seemed content most were on their online devices. The crew was happy, interactive, and made sure we were served competently.

I frequent several Starbucks in the area and this one has by far the worst service. Wait times are frequently 20+ minutes (like 50% of the time) for 2 drinks regardless of how busy they are. As I mobile order almost exclusively, during my inevitable store wait, I can notice walk-in and drive-thru customers being prioritized, or so it seems as you can witness them order and receive said order before I receive my order. I have watched numerous customers request refunds because of wait times here. For clarity, that have as much or more staff than other locations.

Can you guys update your closing time? It says 11pm but by 10:30pm is already closed. Not nice to drive to a location where the closing time is different from the real one.
