I frequent several Starbucks in the area and this one has by far the worst service. Wait times are frequently 20+ minutes (like 50% of the time) for 2 drinks regardless of how busy they are. As I mobile order almost exclusively, during my inevitable store wait, I can notice walk-in and drive-thru customers being prioritized, or so it seems as you can witness them order and receive said order before I receive my order. I have watched numerous customers request refunds because of wait times here. For clarity, that have as much or more staff than other locations.

This drive through is so insanely slow. We waited 20 minutes for a pink drink with only 4 cars ahead of us. No apology for the wait. Just a watered down pink drink with separating milk. Annoying AF.

They make my coffee perfect, every time! All the employee's are super nice. The only problem is I sometimes use a walker, the door is hard to open alone.

Disappointed in the amount of coffee in my cup. When I told the guy my cup was only half full, he tells me cappuccino is mostly foam. As if I don’t know. I have been drinking cappuccino for 10+ years. I know how cappuccino is made. It’s getting worse and worse. It’s almost as if they are in so much hurry to make coffee that they serve 2 people with one serving. I drink the same coffee (cappuccino) everyday. 365 days. That’s almost $2,000 a year. I expect quality.

This place is an unorganized joke, that takes a half hour to put out one coffee. Maybe the employees should quit talking to one another, and focus on the order. Worst customer service from any coffee place in town.

I’ve been to this location a few times, and I normally just avoid coming to this one but I made the mistake of going again just now and they have the WORST customer service every single time! It must be the culture of the store which normally isn’t the case for Starbucks. I always give my props to baristas because I know they work fast and put up with a lot; I’m an easy customer so to be treated so poorly when I’m ordering basic things and am a friendly person is disappointing. A barista named Jackie assisted me and she was so cold and acted so inconvenienced and impatient, and there was no one in front of me or behind me and I wasn’t even taking my time lol. She was just a real B to put it simply. I imagine corporate gets a lot of complaints for this location because it’s always a horrible experience. The customer service was so bad that I almost forgot to mention how badly made the 2 coffees were and how he pastries that are normally warm were not; I assume they rush thru everything at this location

The drive-thru at this location needs some serious work. The amount of time sitting in the drive-thru at this location is unacceptable. For most grabbing a drink or two shouldn't take any longer than 8mins max. For individuals ordering 5+ drinks GO INSIDE!!!! Those of us trying to get on our way with 2 items max hate sitting for 15+mins. I frequent a starbucks in Corona on Main st that is constantly busy and it never takes more than 5mins max.
