Couldn't get a cup of water. Apparently they changed their policy. I come to Starbucks almost everyday. And the one day I come in for water because Starbrothers was packed he wouldn't wanna give it to me unless I purchased something. If it was another place no questions asked.

Everyone at this location is extremely friendly and make an effort to address you by name. They all work very hard and do their best to make people happy. When I walk in the door they usually start making my order (vanilla sweat cream cold brew and a water) and always give me my two straws. Money well spent!

I’ve never had an issue at this location until today but the service was beyond unprofessional. The drive-thru employee kept rolling her eyes for no reason and acted like we were a burden when we pointed out that part of our order was missing. No apology, no effort to fix the mistake, just attitude. Extremely disappointing experience. If this is the kind of service they allow, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

My usual order is a Vente coffee Frappuccino this time. It was so disgusting. I couldn’t drink it. I ordered my granddaughter a VenteHot chocolate and it taste like water so disappointed Through the drive-through
