Everyone at this location is extremely friendly and make an effort to address you by name. They all work very hard and do their best to make people happy. When I walk in the door they usually start making my order (vanilla sweat cream cold brew and a water) and always give me my two straws. Money well spent!
Very happy with the service here. I mentioned my previous experience with the amount of cappuccino from my last experience and manager made it right! Thank you corporate thank you Ms. Manager at this store. I feel whole again!
Christmas. It ls one of the busiest days of the year. The line is long, and people aren't in a great mood. But a HUGE Thank You to the staff here. I'm sorry they had to work, but I'm so grateful they did. The wait, in my opinion, wasn't long at all. Especially with this specific location always being busy, the staff here are amazing. With that being said, Merry Christmas!
