very rude, not culturally the best starbuck.. esp the morning shift, for instance every occasion i go there they almost hostile or passive aggressive towards darker ppl. when i went to day ..the barista, acted as if she was cleaning and when she finally turn d around and acknowledged there was a very curt tone in her voice.. you know i did get that coffee from her?

Two people chatting instead of helping a dark skinned customer, this is some lazy management
Let me start with the good, firstly my drink was good but the service was mehhh the workers didn’t greet me they were talking to each other and I felt like I was a ghost bothering them, then I was told ordering a drink with no ice would soon become a upcharge because it requires more “product” like I thought that I was paying for a venti that I should get a venti ??? Anyways unfriendly service with an upcharge is a double negative for me ?

We were stopping for some caffeine while on a road trip and were disappointed to find the barista closing up early when the hours clearly stated they were open until 8:00pm. She didnt have a good reason why she was closing early and tried to tell us they were “under staffed”. I dont think her boss knows she closed an hour early tonight and missed out on business…

This location always has an attitude as if you’re inconveniencing them. The barista with a neck tattoo rudely slammed a straw down when I asked for one. Drink wasn’t full and this isn’t the first time.
