It took me a minute to let off some steam from how annoyed this place made me. I usually go to the Murrieta location on MHS and I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE them there. I wanted to order a party platter (4 subs cut into smaller cuts) for a small event that evening, I usually call the Murrieta location the morning of and it's never been an issue. Well unfortunately the Murrieta location was closed this day 3/1/24, so I called this Menifee location instead. I called in the morning a couple times, nobody answered so I gave it a rest. I waited about an hour before trying to place the order again, when a very rude guy answers the phone "we are too busy to take your order right now, call back in 15-20 minutes". I totally understand if this was the case, but the attitude was a little much. I should've gave up at that point, but everyone always raves about submarinas sandwich's so I figured I would try and give them a chance... since it's normal for people to get frustrated when they are busy and stressed. I called after some time, to when the same rude guy answers. I explain I would like to place an order for a party platter, he says "oh I can't do that, you're going to need to talk to someone else"... placed me on hold. Again, so rude. Another guy answers, I explain how I had attempted to place the order earlier in the day, as I felt like I was cutting it closer to the end of the day to place the order...(it was 3 hours prior to needing the sandwich's, but I wanted to give them enough time) Unfortunately he was another rude employee who says "You want this TODAY?! We have to order those weeks in advance." I explained how I do not understand why, since it's never been an issue for the other location... and it's literally 4 sandwiches. He explains they order a different bread...? So I asked if I could just order 4 different sandwiches. He again states in a rude manner "um are you talking about a party platter?" This is where I gave up. Thank the Lord for helping me control my patience because this was beyond annoying at this point. The attitude, sass and disregard to a customers order was so unprofessional. Please learn customer service skills.

Good sandwiches! My favorite ATC (Avacado, Turkey, Cheese) on their delicious Squaw Roll. ? Very honest, and will argue that their sandwhiches are perfect! I thought my sandwhich didn't have enough meat once! Lol. It was funny, but they are very accurate with weighing out the lunchmeat. I may have just got the end piece, because I split it with my daughter. Anyway, I Left a credit card their once, and they made sure to reverse the next charged customer,(because I left my card in their machine) so when I came back for the card, they shared the info with me, showing me a receipt that they reversed the next custimers charge.This place is home to a bunch of Honest, Hardworking people with Excellent Fresh Food! They are fast too!This is my go-to place! You will never question the quality of the food, or the quality of the service you'll receive here!V-

Sandwiches are always fresh. The problem is you get a big ole piece of bread with a tiny bit of meat. I love how fresh their food is but until their portion size grow up like their prices unfortunately I won't be back. I can buy a sub roll from the store and eat it with one slice of meat at home. Save money.

I used to love their sandwiches. I just spent nearly $13 for a large sandwich which by the I didn't notice until I got home had very little meat. Go up on prices cut back on product.
