Forgot my wallet on the counter went back in got my wallet went to my car realize that a gift card was stolen from my wallet he denies he took it the worker that worked there so I'm going to contact the manager in the morning to see if you can check the cameras it's sad that you can't trust nobody these days

I see so many negative reviews regarding the staff but the young lady that helped me this morning was nothing but polite and courteous. Went in for breakfast and she was very helpful. My ham egg and cheese sandwich was bomb.

My wife and I ordered here from the app Sunday night and I picked up. I got the Turkey and she got the Veggie. I swear to god, this was the best sandwich I ever had from a Subway. Bryan and Abby were friendly once they got my order. The app does need work though, but that has nothing to do with the location. I totally recommend this Subway!

One would think that if business is not brisk, hmmm maybe it's us. Rude owners. They may be occasionally busy, but for the most part the owners chase away business. Some of the younger employees try their best, but watch out for the owners.

I concur with a lot of the reviews for this location in Sun City and be aware of your transactions at this location. Check your receipt before you leave.
I saw a lady working the cashier after that she prepared a sub without changing gloves, disgusting I walked out

I ordered a vegetarian sandwich and the guy was extremely rudeeeee, when I told that it was not what I wanted he was telling the coworker to let me leave when I asked him to put the veggie patty option instead of not only veggies and cheese. Worst subway experience ever.

I have ordered here about A half dozen times and every time they managed to mess up my order. Every time I take it back, they are extremely rude and don’t want to give me a refund. I highly recommend going somewhere else even in another subway.

Be careful if you go to the Subway by Ralph’s at Antelope and Newport as I purchased a 6” subway and a bag of chips and I gave them $100.00 and they only gave me $6.00 back! They have cameras in there and they cheated me $90.00 and only gave me $6.00 back and I didn’t realize it until I got home and I called them but they refused to return the rest of my change!!!

I ordered from Uber eats, got my order completely wrong. I called to politely let them know hoping to get something because this was the second time it's happened. The manager was completely rude and cut me off, then happened me to someone else who was even more rude. I paid $72 and the couldn't even have the decency to apologize at the least! I DO NOT recommend eating hear.

I go out to eat quite a bit on my lunch breaks. I always plug in my phone or iPad while eating out for lunch. I had ordered online and came in. I started to plug in my devices when I hear a rude, older woman from behind the counter yell out, “Are you going to order?!” She should have let me finish what I was doing before she said anything at all. I then explained that I ordered online. At this point I noticed her speaking a foreign language under her breath. I won’t be returning here.

The manager was very uninviting,and came off as very hostile. After I had finished my food a lil while later a security guard came up to me and questioned why I was still sitting outside the subway,I told him that I was waiting for a ride. I then asked him if someone reported me or something,and the security guard said no and said that the manager was "one of those people" and was also a bit shaken up because some Hispanic people got into an argument at one point and it freaked him out. Look I love subway but if you're black,and/or Latino I don't recommend eating at this location.

I hate this location so much. Most of the employees don't seem to speak English and the manager/owner has a very hostile demeanor when he's there. Like the employees seem very tense or scared around him and I don't blame them cuz she gives me that same vibe as a customer. Makes me very uncomfortable. Also this location lies cuz it says they close at 9, yeah try 8:30. The employees already put away all the product and it wasn't even 9 yet. This location is the worst. Save your energy and go to the one on Antelope by Ralph's. That location is so much better and all the employees, including the manager, are much nicer there

The employee is stealing. He added himself a 20% tip to my order. He's probably doing this to many community members. BUYERS BEWARE CHECK YOUR
