So many times i have ordered on line and they got it correct once...so dissapointing. It's unfortunate because these problems could have been avoided if they slow down and read the order.

While the sandwich was good in and of itself, the person who made it so skimpily
like each piece of cucumber or whatever cost $1 each and coming out of their paycheck. Other employees have made better sandwiches at this location. Thanks.

I want to shout out JACOB! He is this location’s best employee. I came in, he greeted me and every other customer that walked in. He was making app orders as well as walk-in’s. He didn’t rush and was not sloppy. He made sure to ask and double check that the orders were perfectly made. I really appreciate his customer service and how serious he took his job. I will say, he was not the only employee there but was the only one I seen WORKING! Thanks Jacob.

Did a mobile order and absolutely hated it. Firstly one of the sandwiches was missing half of the things on the order and they have it advertised online they have the honey sauce and didn’t even bother to let me know they didn’t have it anymore once I picked it up. Once I got back to my location I checked the sandwiches and notice both of them were burnt and soggy, and missing ingredients. I went back to fix the issue and the guy work around 3:50 pm was very argumentative saying he barely missed any ingredients when there was a handful of them missing and then wanted to say there’s no more honey sauce … well then take it off the website Will not be returning to this location again. A waste of my rewards. Don’t come here.

Whoever the two workers working 10/8 during the day seems to not follow much directions. I ordered the sandwhich online for me and my coworker. I went to pick it up, no problem. Got back to work ready to grub on my sandwhich with my co-worker and instantly saw it was things missing plus mine was too overcooked and so was my coworkers. So I had to wrap our sandwiches back up and take it right back. The male worker opened our sandwhiches and act like nothing was wrong. It was no sorry for the inconvenience of me having to come back to even get the sandwhiches fixed. I was close to having both sandwhiches remade but I had no time so I drove back only to realize the main important thing was also missing……. The cheese! You’ll think they’ll know what comes with their bacon and chicken sandwhich. I’ll just know next time to not even order online because it seems like simple instructions on a receipt is complicated! 2 stars for the food only because the veggies tasted fresh.

This place is always my go to spot if I want something healthy when it’s past 10 pm. The staff is great, patient and their food is always fresh. I can usually tell by the quality of the avocados and tomatoes and they’re always fresh even at night. One of the best subways I’ve been to in a long time.

Walk in to subway on 5/27 at 5:08 pm… Two young boys at the front working. Very unprofessional… I walk out. This location will never get money…My house in the lakes but I will drive all the way Bundy Canyon Rd to order subway… That suck.

Placed an order online for pick up. When I got home and opened the bag, I was shocked. I wouldn't even qualify it as a sandwich. And it smelled weird. Tried contacting the manager. No response.
Ordered a turkey bacon avocado , inside is No avocado burnt bacon & no extra sauce I asked for . Food is too expensive nowadays for you guys to be making these errors and then to say to come back . What an inconvenience
Food was marginal, service horrible . Young girl could not calculate a 6.99 meal deal x 2 + $6.00. She told me it was $27.00 . I said 6.00 in taxes. Gave her the correct amount $21.75 . She argued and refuse to recalculate and walked away. Another lady came up and properly rung it up.. While the young girl hid in the back. They have no basic math skills. Good News they are hiring and interviewing on the spot. Never going back ! Privileged kids

Best Sandwich Artist Ever: Jerry! Dear Subway Management, “we the people” think Jerry is gangsta aF ?at making bomb ?sandwiches! Thank You Jerry for not only pointing out the daily special but also for your patience with me, as my ??????????➡️?…tried signing back in to the app for the special sale of the day & still making my sandwich with love, plus 2 churros that came out kinda okay??. (I named my marinara meatball/w pepperoni and provolone in my own app as “Moose Meat Sandwich”. )?#???.

I placed an order online and they made it incorrectly. When I called to tell them they messed up Tori the Manager said I had to take the whole sandwich back. I told her I wouldn’t be out until later in the week and she said I would have to keep the sandwich and prove that it was made incorrectly. I then told her I have a picture why can’t I show them the flatbread was clearly incorrect. She said she can’t trust the picture because it could be pulled from the internet? I can see why Subway is struggling as a franchise when they hire people like that. Here’s the picture that someone can pull from the internet (lol) customer service at its finest.

I just had the best sandwich at Subway. The Turkey Bacon Avocado was so fresh and delicious, especially the bread and turkey. The staff recommended toasting the bread with onions and bell peppers in olive oil, which added an amazing taste!
The staff were super friendly and quick. This visit really stood out, and I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
