These people were joking with each other running around the store and thinking it's some game going on. They were extremely unprofessional and the one female didn't know how to make anything. How difficult is it to make a turkey sandwich? This entire crew should be fired

I placed an online order but the app accidentally charged the same sandwich twice. Came in before they had started my order and explained what happened and asked if they could not make the extra and just refund it for me. They said no and if I wanted a refund I would have to come in another day because the manager wasn't there. That's so inconvenient and makes no sense. The employees were very nice about it but management needs to step it up. How does it make any sense to not have anyone on the clock that can perform basic refunds?

Stressful experience Rushed to order when no one in line is not a good experience. Especially when you are trying to look at the menu to decide which sandwich you want. So much for having new choices to choose from. Won't be coming back here.

Thus is in regards to the subway in Perris, CA. I thought from TV advertising that subway now slices all the meat fresh to order. Not true. When I ordered last week all the Meats were already sliced. When I asked the guy said they slice the meats in the morning
They don't have their basic menu up just what we is new so I had to look at the website to order. Ended up doing a 6" cold cut combo. When she girl ask what bread I thought I would try the wrap. Well the wrap is nothing but a flour cold tortilla.When I went to pay it rang up 9.59 I asked why so much the lady said because the wraps are considered a foot long...so confused this point like the tortillas are probably cheaper then the bread but she made it so I paid. I will be sticking to jersey mikes or firehouse subs from now on. This sandwich was awful threw half away and picked at the other half. No wonder I haven't been to a subway in years...

Store employees don't know how to ring you up and over charge you. Have gone here a few times with no issues, however today the employees working charged me $30 for 2 breakfast sandwiches. I asked for 2 Turkey and egg sandwiches with no cheese. After making the sandwiches, she said the total was $29.23. I had just gone yesterday to a subway and orders the same order but 3 sandwiches and my total was only $27 so I was confused. She said that they don't sell Turkey and egg sandwiches so she had to charge me extra for the Turkey. Which 1, I've never had that issue before, and 2, it would have been nice to know that was her thought process before she made my sandwiches. All I did was order a ham and egg sandwich substituting the ham for Turkey but yet she charged me for egg and cheese sandwiches adding Turkey. I didn't even get cheese on the sandwich. Even if, the steak and egg sandwich is still only 10 cents more than a ham and egg, so just charge me the price of the steak and egg and it's no biggie. The 2 employees argued with me that I didn't get ham so it has to be extra. Complete rip off, won't be coming back here. Very poor customer service.
