Tried this bakery out for the first time , everything was delicious, I had the peach cobbler which was my favorite , and a mini sweet potato pie which I ate in the car . Everything tasted fresh and like it was made with lots of love . I will definitely be back to try other items on their menu

This place is going downhill, bought 3 slices of cake, and all 3 were so dry. It's no wonder they packed on the frosting.

Now this is just my opinion but if I walk into a professional bakery I would almost always expect at least a few cakes would be ready. This rep told me they gone be at the Black Menifee event Saturday and this weekend is gone be busy. He did not even inquire about what I might wanna order…….. if yall short staffed or just don’t have customers favorites just say that. Welp to Temecula I go where they have full cakes made and better customer service. ✌️

This is a great place with absolutely poor customer service, I live 2 hours away order a whole cake before now she is telling me it's only on the holidays that they do it, I was rushed off the phone, and she told me in a smart way that she had people in front of her that she is to busy to answering my questions and that she will see me when I get there, this is absolutely not excepted she gave me the price for the cake and than said they do it only on holidays. We pay to much money for bad consumer service

After reading the online community post from Shawni Taylor who stated the issue she had with this establishment and how they ruined the cake and only offered a $20 credit is disheartening and I would highly caution anyone from using this bakery if the run the risk of the service described below:

“On 3/22, I went to Sweet Red Peach in Menifee to pick up a cake that my 17-year-old niece had worked hard to pay for herself. She balances two jobs while helping her mom with her younger siblings-far beyond what most teenagers her age do. My sister and I recommended this bakery because we were regular customers, trusting in their quality.
She spent over $100 on this cake, plus additional decorations, wanting to do something special for her mom. But when we picked it up, the writing on the cake was shockingly bad-uneven, messy, and looking as though it had been scribbled by a child.
The sides were also damaged. My niece, who had been so excited, broke down in tears, devastated that her heartfelt gift was ruined.
We immediately called the bakery, hoping they could fix it. My younger sister rushed over, but the only person there-an employee with purple hair-was kind but unable to help because the entire team was at the Pasadena grand opening. With no other choice, we scrambled to find a last-minute solution, spending an extra $30 on a custom cake topper just to salvage the cake.
The next morning, I received a call from the baker, who offered a mere $15 refund-an insult given the over $140 we had spent. When I explained the additional costs we had to cover due to their mistake, he dismissively raised it to $20, saying, "That's it." When I pointed out how unacceptable that was, he arrogantly responded, **"Yeah, but it wouldn't taste like this. If you don't know that, you ain't our type of customer, so I guess we lost a customer-oh well"**
This level of unprofessionalism is appalling, especially from a business we once supported and recommended to friends. Watching my niece, who works so hard for every dollar, be dismissed like that was heartbreaking. Sweet Red Peach not only ruined her special gesture but made it clear they do not value their customers. We will never return.”

I never write reviews but literally set my slice of cake down (really hard to do) because I had to run and write a review. Hands down the best chocolate cake I have ever had in my life! Please support our awesome local businesses! Great customer service and vibe inside! Will be back more than I should because it is THAT good!!

We went in they were busy but quick. The cake we got was rich and moist. Me and my wife ended up getting two slices of white cake with strawberries. They were friendly and will definitely come again.

We purchased 4 different desserts. The carrot cake was very dense, tasted more like a spice cake. I did not see any carrots. The banana pudding cake was okay, however the frosting was grainy. I have not tried the other two which is a strawberry cake and a cheesecake. I was excited to try this place due to the reviews.

I ordered a custom cake two weeks before my daughter’s birthday, carefully working with the manager (whose name was Purple). I provided a picture and specific instructions, requesting a white cake with a particular design. Despite this, they delivered something completely different—the cake was purple, and the design was not what I asked for. When I called to address the mistake, the manager put me on hold, knowing it was a complaint. I paid $275+tax for a one-tier cake, and the result was not only disappointing but also embarrassing in front of my guests.
