After reading the online community post from Shawni Taylor who stated the issue she had with this establishment and how they ruined the cake and only offered a $20 credit is disheartening and I would highly caution anyone from using this bakery if the run the risk of the service described below:

“On 3/22, I went to Sweet Red Peach in Menifee to pick up a cake that my 17-year-old niece had worked hard to pay for herself. She balances two jobs while helping her mom with her younger siblings-far beyond what most teenagers her age do. My sister and I recommended this bakery because we were regular customers, trusting in their quality.
She spent over $100 on this cake, plus additional decorations, wanting to do something special for her mom. But when we picked it up, the writing on the cake was shockingly bad-uneven, messy, and looking as though it had been scribbled by a child.
The sides were also damaged. My niece, who had been so excited, broke down in tears, devastated that her heartfelt gift was ruined.
We immediately called the bakery, hoping they could fix it. My younger sister rushed over, but the only person there-an employee with purple hair-was kind but unable to help because the entire team was at the Pasadena grand opening. With no other choice, we scrambled to find a last-minute solution, spending an extra $30 on a custom cake topper just to salvage the cake.
The next morning, I received a call from the baker, who offered a mere $15 refund-an insult given the over $140 we had spent. When I explained the additional costs we had to cover due to their mistake, he dismissively raised it to $20, saying, "That's it." When I pointed out how unacceptable that was, he arrogantly responded, **"Yeah, but it wouldn't taste like this. If you don't know that, you ain't our type of customer, so I guess we lost a customer-oh well"**
This level of unprofessionalism is appalling, especially from a business we once supported and recommended to friends. Watching my niece, who works so hard for every dollar, be dismissed like that was heartbreaking. Sweet Red Peach not only ruined her special gesture but made it clear they do not value their customers. We will never return.”

Please support our awesome local businesses! Great customer service and vibe inside! Will be back more than I should because it is THAT good!!

We went in they were busy but quick. The cake we got was rich and moist. Me and my wife ended up getting two slices of white cake with strawberries. They were friendly and will definitely come again.

We purchased 4 different desserts. The carrot cake was very dense, tasted more like a spice cake. I did not see any carrots. The banana pudding cake was okay, however the frosting was grainy. I have not tried the other two which is a strawberry cake and a cheesecake. I was excited to try this place due to the reviews.

I ordered a custom cake two weeks before my daughter’s birthday, carefully working with the manager (whose name was Purple). I provided a picture and specific instructions, requesting a white cake with a particular design. Despite this, they delivered something completely different—the cake was purple, and the design was not what I asked for. When I called to address the mistake, the manager put me on hold, knowing it was a complaint. I paid $275+tax for a one-tier cake, and the result was not only disappointing but also embarrassing in front of my guests.

This used to be my favorite bakery until recently. I would always recommend it to friends and family, but unfortunately, I won’t be anymore. We ordered a custom cake, and when we cut it open, it was 70% frosting. The owner did provide a refund for most of the cost, but they didn’t acknowledge that there was a problem with the cake. With better customer service, we might have been able to overlook the cake issue, but the lack of understanding and empathy made the whole experience disappointing. I hope they improve their service in the future, but for now, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Why is it so warm in there? Didn’t help it was warm outside smelled funny as well. But I will be giving them the benefit of the doubt, the chocolate cake was okay but reminded me of stater bros cake it’s edible but the frosting was too much. I was super excited this place was there now I’m not too sure. I will stick to my box cake next time. 10 dollars for a slice of cake is kind of ridiculous by the way.

First time visit and thought i would take a few treats to my mom. I must say that everything was fresh and so tasty. I purchased the banana pudding and peach cobbler, both a must try!
Also, got cake slices of yellow with chocolate frosting, lemon pound cake, banana pudding cake and keylime cake. Oh, also the chocolate chip cookie. All so very good. Definitely, will return!
Pros-I love the Peach Cobbler, German Chocolate cake, Red Velvet cake and Bread pudding are delish, moist and like grammas baking! Cons- I noticed that some stuff is just a bit tooooo sweet. Perhaps one or half cup less of sugar will still be delish. I feel that the over sweetness can take away and over take from savoring all the great flavors of the different cakes and Peach cobbler. Just something I have been noticing. With all do respect.

We ran into this core little basket for some last second desserts for a graduation and yes they were good. But the real 5 star is ms Jiselle! I had no idea on prices or pee ordering and she was incredibly friendly, helpful have me great options and we were all laughing and extremely satisfied with what we left with. She made a last second splurge a success!!
