Either takes 45 min or 5 min to get the same order, no in between lol. I still like it here though because it's not on Newport and they never skimp on the proportions 👍

Out of my entire years of going to Taco Bell.. this one takes the cake! If you want food poisoning in the middle of night choose this location. I’ve never felt so horrible after eating in my life!! I waited 25 min in the dining room for my pick up. DONT DO IT!! Was up all night vomiting.

I understand the drive thru is a priority but I'm constantly having to wait 30 minutes for my food every time I order inside. When asking staff about my order, all I'm told is that they apologize but there's still never no urgency to make my order. Then I'm told that the drive thru is priority. The longest I've waited was 45 minutes inside to get my order. I've given up on this place.

My husband and I ordered the Cantina Bowl for $8.49 each, as it looked so healthy in the advertisement. I’m a small eater but found the portion size so small I had to go home and find something additional to eat.

I placed an order on my app took me 12 minutes to drive to the restaurant and then I still had to wait 15 minutes for my food and received my fries cold this is really disgusting and basically you’re serving people cold food and taking their money we could do that at home for free

What's the point of using App and ordering ahead of time. There's a 20 min difference between when app says when food would be ready when it's actually ready. This Taco Bell is a joke.

Expect to wait a long time for your order during lunch I waited 45 minutes for some nacho fries cheese dip and a drink. I asked why it took so long and they told me they were going by a queue system but I could clearly hear the lead say we're prioritizing larger orders first and that they were short staffed meanwhile they had one of their workers cleaning the tile on the wall instead of working in the kitchen helping to get orders out terrible leadership and management of personnel will not be returning.
