I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service my party and I received during our visit to your restaurant on Sunday, August 10, 2025, for a brunch reservation.
We had made an online reservation for a party of seven at 1:00 PM. Upon arrival, four members of our group were present, and we approached the hostess expecting to be seated shortly. However, she informed us that we could not be seated until our full party arrived, which we respected. She instructed us to wait outside and assured us that once the rest of our group arrived, we could return to be seated.
No more than five minutes later, the remaining guests arrived, and we promptly returned to the hostess. At that point, she informed us that the table was no longer ready and again asked us to wait outside. Despite the extreme heat — over 100 degrees — we waited patiently for another 15–20 minutes. During this time, no one contacted us, even though we were told we would be called.
When we eventually returned inside, we found the entrance area overcrowded with other guests — a situation that posed a serious fire hazard and clear safety concern. We were then informed by the same hostess that she had called us three times and, because we did not respond, our table had been given to another guest. Not only did we not receive any call, but we were also visibly waiting just outside the door the entire time.
To make matters worse, rather than offering a resolution or alternative seating, the hostess dismissed our concerns and moved on to the next group. Her dismissive and unprofessional behavior was extremely disappointing. It also appeared that she gathered other staff members to justify her actions rather than take ownership or offer an apology.
We understand that weekends can be especially busy and that delays are sometimes inevitable. However, the lack of communication, disregard for guest comfort and safety, and the unprofessional conduct we encountered were completely unacceptable.
As a result of this experience, we will not be returning to this location, and we felt it necessary to share our feedback in hopes that it will prompt a review of staff training and guest service standards.

Karla in murrietta cal was absolutely hands down the best waitress ever. i went to the bar and had a very bad interaction with the bartender while waiting for 7 friends to show up…but karla made up for it and now I will return.

All in all a very nice meal our server was a little over the top for me but definitely felt like we were important and seldom needed to ask for anything.
I had a great experience at Texas Roadhouse. They truly brought Texas. Everything we ordered with my family seems to be really delicious. Freshly served and coked according to our wants. Their staff were really patient. The parking lot wasn't bad. Everything in this restaurant is great. We'll surely be back.

We had a group gathering of 7 of us and 3 of us asked for diffrent cooked steak 2 medium rare and 1 medium and i have a diabetic father in law and he gets it the medium rare, as his first time i was so sad, both of the medium rare steaks were medium a bit overcooked to there liking, and the medium was cooked medium well, we didn't want to say anything because we were hungry but i espected better

Food was pretty good, our server Emma was great and very attentive probably the best service we’ve ever had there. My porterhouse came back overcooked so I sent it back, and she brought another one out pretty quick. An older lady I’m assuming one of the managers came out during the meal and placed the blame entirely on our server when clearly it was out of her control. No one was upset or anything before hand but after hearing the manager take no responsibility for what happened and shift it all to the server, it made us pretty uncomfortable. Other than that at the end, food and service were great and I’d go back still
