A young blonde female was mopping, then stopped to take my order without washing her hands. Unsanitary service. I know it was only a cup of coffee but she still had to touch the lid that I have to put my lips on. No one should ever go from mopping to touching anything they have to give to a customer. I don't believe I'm being too picky either, it's just good customer service to wash hands if you're using a mop. I ordered on 2/22/24 at approximately 11:00 am.Parking: Parking was fine.

This use to be my favorite place but they constantly run out of whipped cream and they discontinue good drinks. Please keep your whipped cream stocked its super annoying.

This is my go-to place! I love their Chai Latte and Jalapeño/Cheddar Bagel. I'm not a coffee drinker, but do occasionally enjoy their Vanilla Ice Blended. I much prefer Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf over any other brand name company. Staff are always friendly and helpful!

Always happy with our drinks, we go out of our way to visit this location. Please come to French valley! Employees are always polite, helpful when deciding to modify any drink. Overall great place that has made us walk away for starbs.

Today was my first time coming to coffee bean and will probably be my last. I went through the drive through and while there was only 4 cars ahead of me it took me about 15 minutes to finally get to the window to get my drink! It was ridiculous. I ordered the cookie butter blended drink and it tasted so artificial and nasty. I had to pay with the app because the card machine was down which was fine and because it was my first time I got a 50% off coupon. So when I got up to the window I had her scan the coupon she then hands me my drink and that was it. I was confused because she didn't scan my card just the coupon so I thought I still had to pay. So lm waiting at the window still and she comes back and I saw oh i only scanned the 50% coupon not my actual card. And she goes oh well it didn't tell me anything on my end about a coupon sorry about that it'll probably come tomorrow and closes the window again!!. I was very confused because this girl gave no indication that our interaction was over like "have a great day" or "your all set" so I thought I still hadn't paid so I looked on the app to see that the money was indeed taken out of my card. I didn't realize that scanning the coupon also scans the money out of the card and it would have just been nice to know that was the case.
2 different bagels, 2 different days, before I got irritated about this... like why? Why continue on when you couldn't even cut the bagel properly. I'm so sick of this. My mistake for uptalking this place and recommending it every coffee stop I make. Like this is just annoying. There has been at least 4 other times this has happened. And I'm just annoyed and irritated at this point. I went at 6:30 this morning and there absolutely no one else there. They could have spent an extra 3 seconds to cut it properly... like wth coffee bean
Don’t usually review. First time I tried the grilled cheese I went through drive through got home and it was as hard as a rock. Today I gave this place another shot and I get handed part of what I ordered, get told “have a nice day” and I’m sitting there waiting for 5 min so someone can open the window and realize I’m still waiting for the food I paid for and out of fury I just drove off. I could care less about the 4 dollars but cmon how can I ever return here without being sure my food will be made right or if I’ll get it at all. Starbucks or Dunkin’ is better

I don't understand why there aren't a lot of students studying here. This place gives such good vibes and great selection of drinks. Although this place isn't as big as other coffee shops in town, they have comfortable seats with plenty of outlets to charge your devices. Its close to the college and food places you can eat at while you're on a study break. And to be honest, I think they have better food than most coffee shops

I was going to go through the drive thru and it was closed. Notice there was a hand written sign on the doors when I was going to go inside and said unable to place any orders. Came out of my way to come get coffee here but I can't even get anything. Rediculous. This store is never consistent. Drive through sometimes closed, sometimes they mess up my drink... Im annoyed and dissapointed.

They are literally so sweet I loving coming here to do homework and study it's a good vibe here and they aren't as expensive ??.the manager is super sweet too so ik ill be coming here more ??

I'm currently sitting in the drive thru writing this review. I've been stuck in the drive thru for at least 15 minutes and I still haven't made it to the last window. Not sure what the long hold up is, but they literally take 5+ minutes with each car. Don't go to the drive thru if you really don't have to, or else you'll be stuck in this line for 87 years just like me and the rest of these unfortunate people behind me.
