Staff were not friendly. They charged us for the smallest cup of ranch even though we spent $30 dollars of food. They food quality has gone down i remember going there and the burgers being really good. Don’t think I’m going to be going back there unfortunately.

Ate there today with my family. Ordered a burger combo & asked if I could substitute the fries for onion rings. Alex who was attending me said of course. So when I get my receipt I look at it & I was charged 4.99 for the onion rings 🤔 I asked her why the charge and she said “you wanted onion rings instead of fries.” She never informed me that there is an extra charge to substitute. Instead she argued back and forth with me. Horrible customer service on her behalf. Just beware of those extra charges. Never again! I’ll stick to In-N-Out where customer service is valued!

Went there on a Friday not very busy at all.. We been there many times before but haven’t for a few months. Order our food and looked for a place to sit down. Notice every single table was dirty. We to the counter and ask if they can clean a table so we can sit. After about 5 mins Alex proceeded to start cleaning the other tables instead of the one I was standing next to. She got distracted by another customer and then they buzzer went off to pick up my food. As Alex was in the counter again I told her if she doesn’t mind I can clean it myself if she could just give me the rag. She told me no I can’t and told me she was going to go do it right now. So I walked back to my table with food in hand and standing there she proceeded to clean the other tables first. That went it decided to just go outside instead. My wife order the Cobb salad and she noticed that there was no egg on her salad so I went inside to ask I was told we have no eggs. I told them I would be nice if you guys would mention that when u order the salad and then the girl told me I don’t know what to tell you and I told she that she could just said what I just told you. Asked for her manager Greselda and she told me she was on her 10 min break. Will definitely not be going back there unfortunately.

Husband & I have been to this Habit quite a few times. The food is usually good but extra dressing or sauces are extra which is a little annoying. Our food was good, My ONLY real complaints are 1.asking for a tip when all you do is cook the food is ridiculous, the patrons go get the food themselves and pour their own drinks, & condiments so we should be deducting $ from the price instead of tipping. & 2. EVERY time we've been here the AC is so high I'm freezing...So I've been bringing my jacket in, but I'm still freezing? This last time My husband who is always warm was freezing also... When we got our food we moved to the tables outside where it was at lease 15 degrees warmer in mid April??? Probably going to a different Habit next time... it's just not enjoyable when your too cold.

I went on a Saturday to eat. The food was so good! I recommend the Santa Barbara Char was honestly so good. The only downfall of the experience was that in the afternoon around 6 I wanted some of the lemonades and I told the worker 3 times if there was gonna be some more and they said no. They closer 10. How did you run out of the lemonades that early? Or are they just too lazy to put some more. Very disappointed because their lemonades are really good.

Yet again Friday evening it never fails when a certain young person with glasses speaks Spanish is nothing but trouble for your company!! Rude and I am not sure what she said to the older lady working the grill but they made the nastiness that i paid for. Who puts a half a jar of mayo on the unseasoned burger!!!! The worst ever!! So, this is truly sad because it’s my family’s last time eating at this location and I will tell everyone about my experience and I hope you talk with this individual and. Let her know I understand Spanish very well and it’s not nice to treat others like we are not paying customers because I did and left a tip. Fix it before your business goes down. I will spend my money elsewhere.

First time walking in, I was greeted with a big Heyyy, what can I get started for you. The cashier I believe her name was Caryn (maybe Caren?) recommended me to try out their new shake and it was amazing. The cooks were cracking up in back cooking it up, looked like a good work environment.
Think twice before you order drinks with takeout orders. This restaurant and manager Teresa refuse to fill drinks for takeout. As I driver, I touch doors and shopping cards all day, and I guarantee my hands are dirty and full of germs. When I wash my hands the water is seriously dark. We have no food handler certificate and not supposed to handle your food. They want me to touch your cup and lid with my dirty hands and fill your drink. We also have car keys and a phone in our hands, and there is no sanitary way to fill your drink. Other restaurants fill drinks and put a temper proof seal on it. Not here. Truly disgusting. I also filed a complaint with the health department.

Service was absolutely horrible!! Jocelyn was so rude!!! Couldn’t even say my order without her interrupting me every 2 words. No clean tables! Fries were so soggy and not cooked all the way.

For 20 bucks, they should be able to cook the fries all the way. In my opinion, out of all the habit locations iv been to, this one was certainly the lowest performing. The burger was just meh, the staff wasn't very friendly, and for the price, I would go to in n out across the street and save some money.
