The food was good but I got treated so unfairly, as I was buying food and I asked to go to the restroom and the cashier said the floor was wet so it’s fine I waited like more than half an hour and I asked again and they said it’s still wet without them even checking ok so why cant they dry up the floor while their being so lazy about it so I will never come back here again and never buy food from here again so unfairly that’s how a place like this will not get customers.

I bought a large cup of Thai Tea and the lady gave me a large cup of ice with hardly any tea. Why am I paying for a large cup of ice? I asked the lady at the counter and she said it was policy to put that much ice. Don’t recommend getting the drinks.

The group working today 8/24 at 1 pm were the most unhelpful and off task workers i’ve ever seen. I waited 30 minutes for my food and when I finally asked about it the girl rolled her eyes and pulled it out of a bag. It was just sitting there the whole time. There were other customers who also waited a long time simply because the employees were treating their job like a hangout and messing around in the kitchen instead of working. I understand things happen but to be rude to a paying customer is unbelievable after I just sat there waiting while they messed around. I love waba grill but i don’t think I’ll ever take my business here again.

There being so skimpy on the meat your better off going somewhere else where! I informed them it’s a alittle bit of meat the cook said we are suppose to be serving that much. That’s what we were informed to serve which is a joke. On the past they were never like that. Today around 1:00pm I offered a refund and the lady smiled and laugh. I informed her (Stacey is the name) that’s rude to laugh and smile at a customer and her response was I just smile a lot. I informed her I don’t see you smiling right now. I think it was very disrespectful and immature. Never coming to this location ever again! I regret not taking a picture and posting it on here.
