My family got food poisoning from this location. The food was ALL cold! Including fries. I wouldn’t doubt that they had food just sitting out. They also took forever to give us our food which is weird considering everything was cold.

Drive through woman abruptly ended the 2 for 7 deal during the order (as advertised on their windows and menu). I left and went to the local taco shop. Avoid this place until they clear out the trash.

It has been a few years since we have eaten at Wendy's. We are hooked on the Baconator. We have gone back 3 times in 2 weeks.

We put in a mobile order 10 minutes prior to us arriving at the window. They had us pull forward and we sat there for 15 minutes waiting for our food. I would recommend just ordering at the drive-thru and not through the mobile app from now on. Burgers tasted good, but the fries were overly salted.

2 out of 3 of the Cinnabon pull aparts were burnt. Went straight in the trash, completely hard all the way through with burnt marks all over it.
This Wendy's is beyond slow, I have lived here for 20 years and the service is always beyond slow. I think the employees are friendly but they take their time. It is annoying especially when you have other things to do. I do deliveries for Uber and Doordash and it literally takes more time then the order is worth. I probably will stop accepting orders from this store. I already eat at the other Wendys on Newport Rd due to this specific issue. I understand everything isn't made to order but I've been here for 20 mins waiting for Chili with absolutely no line of cars in the drive thru or any people inside the building. Crazy ridiculous.

Wow, eating weekly for 20+ years+ at Wendy's. This locations burgers makes N-IN-OUT tase like cat food.. Be back for a cob salad sub/ pomegranate vinaigrette and a Dave's triplevw/ bacon, sometime next week.. yum!

Ate here Thursday night 12/19 and the food was questionable. Been dealing with food poisoning for 3 days. Cashier was nice. Would not recommend this location.

My wife ordered the food online. It said it was ready for pick up. I arrived and waited 15 minutes cause they said they didn’t have any chicken nuggets ready. And lo and behold they forgot to give us the drinks and I had to go back. I’m not surprised this. Wendy’s is awful, but it’s the closest one.
