I came to Yogurtland for dessert, and the flavors are still tasty and good. However, cleanliness is somewhat of an issue, and the place could benefit from a deep cleaning.

Went today to get some frozen yogurt they were cleaning the machines wiping it down but the rags smelled, whenever we go there there’s always this musty dirty rag smell, and the scale was not calibrated right when I took the cup off the scale there scale was reading 0.3 in weight with nothing on it. Yeah I know it’s a small weight but every oz count. I pointed it out to the worker and she just shrugged and said yeah it’s been acting up all day. So now I wonder how many oz does that scale add up without people realizing and getting up charged. And this is illegal!

They never ever have plain tart which is the most basic flavor every yogurtland should have, apart from that it’s always so dirty and sticky and they’re always out of most flavors ! No one greets you when you walk in would not come here again!!

This place is trash I ordered three yogurts for my family through Uber Eats. Not only did they not have the items listed on their menu they also took forever to get a very simple order. And when I cancelled my order immediately they took it upon themselves to keep a charge of $34.00 on my credit card. I would never order from here again plus their menu is terrible.

We came when they opened and there was no one even inside the business and it was still closed if you won’t open by the time it says there on the door sign then don’t open it was prepared to spend money there and enjoy some family time guess not.

Have tried to give this place a second chance time and time again... yet here we are, last time going to this specific Yogurtland - 70% of machines are not working.. of course limited on good flavors but whatever you DO want is usually broken/empty. Do better Yogurtland. .85cents on limited flavors 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

If you’re reading this review, and you want Vanilla frozen yogurt, do NOT go here as they literally never have it. Don’t ask me why I keep coming back to this spot, I guess it’s hope, but every time I do I find out that they ran out of Vanilla. I’ve literally never come across this issue with any other yogurt shop in my life lol. I’m literally 5-0 with this Yogurtland location. 5 times in a row I’ve been let down.

We've been here quite a few times over the years. Everytime we've come in, more than half the machines are not working and the ones that are will often have very liquidy yogurt coming out, not very well formed. The tables and chairs are nearly always sticky and not very well kept. When you're ready to pay, a kid will come out the back real quick and hardly say a word before handing you your spoons. Sometimes you have to wait for a few minutes for the kid to even notice someone is in the store. People could very easily just walk out without paying. No one is there to greet you either.

I went on two different days on the same week. First day when I asked oh what flavors are the ones with no picture or sign they said not to get those as the didn't trust them, Im glad I asked because they didn't seem to want to let the people who did get yogurt from those machines know they shouldn't, and the flavors that we could get where empty, I left decided to come back another day. I came back two days later and the same as the first time but I was able to get strawberry yogurt well what was left of it, toppings most empty, and the place was kinda messy.

I have been in the Yogurtland in Menifee several times and most if not all of the flavors I love are not available. They have very limited flavor options available and i rarely get what i want. They should be more like the one in Fountain Valley with a good variety of options that are all available.
