We came when they opened and there was no one even inside the business and it was still closed if you won’t open by the time it says there on the door sign then don’t open it was prepared to spend money there and enjoy some family time guess not.

Have tried to give this place a second chance time and time again... yet here we are, last time going to this specific Yogurtland - 70% of machines are not working.. of course limited on good flavors but whatever you DO want is usually broken/empty. If you’re reading this review, and you want Vanilla frozen yogurt, do NOT go here as they literally never have it. Don’t ask me why I keep coming back to this spot, I guess it’s hope, but every time I do I find out that they ran out of Vanilla. I’ve literally never come across this issue with any other yogurt shop in my life lol. I’m literally 5-0 with this Yogurtland location. 5 times in a row I’ve been let down.

We've been here quite a few times over the years. Everytime we've come in, more than half the machines are not working and the ones that are will often have very liquidy yogurt coming out, not very well formed. The tables and chairs are nearly always sticky and not very well kept. When you're ready to pay, a kid will come out the back real quick and hardly say a word before handing you your spoons. Sometimes you have to wait for a few minutes for the kid to even notice someone is in the store. People could very easily just walk out without paying. No one is there to greet you either.

I went on two different days on the same week. First day when I asked oh what flavors are the ones with no picture or sign they said not to get those as the didn't trust them, Im glad I asked because they didn't seem to want to let the people who did get yogurt from those machines know they shouldn't, and the flavors that we could get where empty, I left decided to come back another day. I came back two days later and the same as the first time but I was able to get strawberry yogurt well what was left of it, toppings most empty, and the place was kinda messy.

I have been in the Yogurtland in Menifee several times and most if not all of the flavors I love are not available. They have very limited flavor options available and i rarely get what i want. They should be more like the one in Fountain Valley with a good variety of options that are all available.

Machines are always broken, despite of the effort of the employees, maintenance is crucial, always out of flavor I like, I visited 4 times and it's the same problem always, never coming back.

This establishment has very limited yogurt flavor, topping also depend not so good either. Employees seem to not really care or worry about customer service. very disappointing.
Good yogurt, as usual. Employee seemed determined to give any and all customers the worst service possible - Walking away any time someone came into the store, disappearing when anyone tried to pay, mumbling to the hard of hearing, and then cleaning all the (already clean) machines when my friend and I were trying to get yogurt. No assistance at all. We feel he was trying to drive all customers away - Impressively checked out. Also, he kept the one restroom locked, best of luck if you are on the road! Was here around 4pm on the 7th...

5/5/25 went in tonight with my son, the girl was mopping the floor approximately one hour before closing, and the mop water stunk, there were only a few yogurt machines working. They never have the pistachio ever I don’t get it. I don’t even know how a place like this days open all the tables were dirty and I just can’t get over the smelly mop water smelt like old sludge. There’s never any napkins out Overpriced for what you get lack of cleanliness.
