2 large yogurts no topping 39.00That is outragous...last time I go there ..have gone since they opened and all the sudden they slam the prices out of sight...pathetic.. To be honest, the yogurt's not that great for that price. We'll go back to Baskin Robbins. We get a lot more for the money. The yogurt is like colored ice milk.. Definitely not worth 20 bucks each, so 2 of them definitely weren't worth 40.

I came in for yogurt last night. I am not sure of what I tried to eat but it was not yogurt. It was like a frozen sweet water. I have never had yogurt like this…ever. The quality was really really bad. It tasted super watered down and not creamy at all. All three of us had about 3 bites and threw the rest of it away. It was inedible. I should have read the other reviews before I came here. I will never go there again. Not sure how you can mess up yogurt but they sure did.

This is not yogurt. I'm not sure what it is exactly, but it's not creamy, seems freezer burned, and is not flavorful at all while finishing with a weird aftertaste. Like icemilk consistency but without flavor. This was the worst yogurt we've ever had. I see other recent reviews complaining on the flavor and quality of the yogurt, with promises from the store to address them. Judging by tonight's product, I don't think that they have.

Their staff is lazy and can't seem to get to work on time. Every time I go at their posted opening time they are never open. When they are open, most of the time their employees are too busy chatting to take care of their customers. Really wish someone else would open up a good yogurt shop on the west side of the 215 in Menifee, because this place doesn't seem to care about their service or customers.

Went in to get yogurt an hour before close and when I got to the toppings they were out of peanut butter and marshmallow sauce as well as almost out of caramel and I was the only one there up until that point then there was like 6-7 other customers I went to squeeze the marshmallow sauce nothing came out and the employee goes it looks like that’s out didn’t even offer to refill it not sure if it’s because they were out or if they were closing but I specifically went in hoping for peanut butter sauce and they didn’t have any. Will go to never better in Elsinore next time

Frozen yogurt seemed like ice milk or like it was made with water instead of cream or milk, yuck. Price was at least $10 more than last time! Probably won't go again.

This review is not towards the employees, (kids) but more toward the lack of management, everytime i have visited the place, i have seen these kids deal with some sort of irate customer, I feel for these kids who work there having to deal with irate customers, with lack of direction or even how to deal with customers. I have heard customer ask to speak to managers, yet there is non onsite I don't understand how ownership exerts these kids to care about their business if they don't. I am amazed that it's a bunch of kids to run this place.

We went to Yogurtland, got a cup, and weighed at the counter. The price came up to about $8.40. We have $5 from the Real Rewards will expire and the cashier said we can use that. Then the cashier told us we owe $5. Does that make any sense? $8.40 - $5.00 = ? $5.00? Someone is really bad at math or we are looking at a scam behind a business facade. Management needs to check what their employees are doing. Don't plan on coming back here. SMH.

Since Covid, the staff & quality of yogurt has gone down tremendously!!No changes or new flavors. Caramel latte hasn't returned. Some of the flavors don't work. They're too frozen, no flavor. The floor is sticky & the staff doesn't seem to care. I love yogurtland and moved from fontana Sierra and the chino hills yogurtlanda were great. I have the app. Wont be returning! I've brought so many to this chain in the past

Lacey ..

Nope. We walked in, no employee to be found. Food on the floor, no water, dispensers not maintained, bathroom unavailable, and when the employee finally appeared they were out of tester cups. Pass, we moved on

Might be nice if you open when you say. Especially on a very hot day. Hire someone other than irresponsible kids. Won't go back.

Despite of all the bad reviews I've read, I decided to give this place a chance. Everything that everybody said that is wrong with this place is. The floor was sticky, they had five of the eight flavors out because the machines were broken, they didn't have any of the hard shell chocolate, but yet the bag was already in the machine with the lid off, they just didn't want to set it up, and all the fruit toppings looked old. They had Thai tea on the right side of the machine which is orange, and vanilla bean on the left. The vanilla bean was Orange, and the girl there was trying to convince me that that's how vanilla bean is supposed to look lol. With all the bad reviews on here and how long they've been on here, I'm kind of scratching my head on how this place is still in business. That's $20 I'll never get back.
