Extremely rude service! I won’t be returning. I’ve never had an issue here before, but today was disappointing. When my husband asked if you had coconut milk, the answer was just “no” with no mention of alternatives, and when I asked what options you did have, the response felt frustrated. While waiting for our scone at the pickup counter, we were even told to “step to the side” after another order was called — unbelievable. My latte was also made incorrectly with no brown sugar, and when I asked for it, the attitude made it seem like I wanted a whole new drink. In such a nice area, this level of service really falls short.

First time coming here and I’m so glad the coffee was better than the service that I was given today! Being unsure of what house cream exactly was since cream sounds like creamer or half and half to me, I asked the cashier and she definitely rolled her eyes looking at her ordering screen acting standoffish towards me because I hadn’t already knew what that was(it’s whipped cream topping). Kinda weird to act that way expecting all customers to know what that is right off the rip when walking in to order something new to them. Disappointing and uncalled for behavior on her end but needless to say the lavender latte with added house cream was delicious!
Nice Park restaurant! Very great 👍 food, popular place by the tourist, usually await, they offer late night food, the ambience is great, good for working on laptop, calming & relaxing to stay!! A lot of variety drinks to serve ...

Very solid coffee shop! I grabbed the birthday latte a couple weeks ago (unfortunately, a seasonal drink) and it was great! I've always had a great time coming here. The employees are kind and the service is quick.
Lastly, I LOVE the location. I love the comfy outdoor seating for some reading. The inside is also super cute.

A beautiful cafe with a nice outside seating area. However, their signature coffee original plover was a huge disappointment for me. The staff was not very warm either so I didn’t feel like going back and getting the coffee adjusted for my taste. Had to trash it. Will try some other drink next time.

Had matcha here 4 times. First 3 times were really good but today (24 may) i ordered a hot and iced matcha and both of them tasted like milk. Bad experience
