They don’t carry World Class Chocolate!!! A BR without my favorite flavor might as well not exist. This place has lighting that is way, way too bright too. Sunglasses are needed if you came here at night.

I love Baskin-Robbins but we arrived a few minutes earlier than the opening time, waited over 10 minutes AFTER the opening time and literally nobody showed up.

If you want to give your money away... this is a good place. You definitely don't get what you pay for. I paid for a smoothie and received a glass with more than half of ice, literally ice cubes!! and when I go back to complain, the excuse they give me is: "Maybe because of the weather, the blender didn't blend the ice well"!! I'm like, WOW!!! and they just turn around and say. That's how it is!!.....not recommended at all!!!

Nothing wrong with the ice cream except they were out of my favorite flavor. Found that out after waiting in line. No excuse for them to run out of a popular flavor.

Ordered ice cream cake in the morning.When I went to pick up at 4 PM that day, was told they did not have my order and the person I talke to was already home and could not be reached by telephone.Disorganized and careless employees (and management).

Absolutely terrible. Freezer burned ice cream and stale waffle cones. And the only other ice cream option is cold stone which is only marginally better. What is up with downtown Menlo Park and the awful food options besides Camper?

Whatever you do don't DoorDash from this place. Seriously the 2 scoops were like kids scoops and they forgot half the items in the sundae ordered. $40 for what would have been no more than a $6 Ben and Jerrys pint from 7-11.

1. No samples. 2. Employees are permanently in the back room and the store is a ghost town. 3. Tables. But no chairs. 4. No bathroom. Any ice cream shop would be better than this. Too bad it's our only option in Menlo.

I literally have no words, like what even is this?? I ordered this cake two days in advance, and when I went to pick it up at the scheduled time, the store was locked. It wasn't until one of the employees opened up 15 min late that I was able to ask about my order. They clearly didn't care and I was just trying to be on my way to a birthday party that I was now going to be late to. I tell them the name for my order and they disappear for at least 15 min?! By the time they came back, right before handing me the cake, they said "the artist forgot to put the number 22 on the cake writing, it's not my fault, you can take two free pints of ice cream if you want." I am 99% sure that this employee didn't get my cake done in time and made the whole thing in the back in the 15 min I was waiting for them to go "find" my order because it's literally laughable at how ridiculous this cake looks. nothing like the photos online and it was obviously done in several minutes. I just don't understand, like if you can't create a cake like this, don't put it on your website!! and don't charge $50?!?! i'd like my money back.

The staff - especially the girl wouldn’t even answer basic question. Too grumpy for their own good. And my kid fell sick after eating here so a big good bye! to this shop.

I used to love to go to Baskin-Robbins when I was a teenager. This particular Baskin-Robbins is run by a bunch of very unhappy people who cheated us out of money. I sent my husband last week at 8:00 at night to get a Sunda with hot fudge and caramel he came back with one scoop of chocolate ice cream but was charged for a full two scoop two topping Sunda. I called them to complain and they told me to bring the it back, with the current price of gas I wasn't about to bring a melted scoop of ice cream back to them. These people are very untrusting, it seems their motto is the customer is always wrong. They told me the manager would call me back,of course I never got a call back.

Went there tonight and got very bad service. I asked for a Reese's sundae and they looked at me like they didn't know what I was talking about. I then asked if they had peanut butter topping and they said "no peanut butter topping so no sundae". I also ordered a mint chocolate chip sundae with hot fudge and nuts. Since they were already irritated at me, the ice cream scoops were so small and the amount of fudge was about a teaspoon. Will not be returning to that location.
