A great restaurant with professional level service. No GF menu but staff are all friendly and knowledgeable.
Great experience with an outdoor dining area. Delicious food with timely service and reasonable pricing. Great spot in Menlo Park for food w/ a great drink selection.
Appetizers, entrees and dessert were all outstanding! The patio is not particularly quiet (with constant street noise), and inside is noisier; this is a lively bar atmosphere, not a cozy romantic haunt. Prices are reasonable for food of this quality. I did not drink, but my party raved about the cocktails, as well.
The oysters and lobster roll were great. A very good bar, cocktails great. There were 7 of us celebrating my son's birthday--all had a great time.
The food and service here is always on point. Gorgeous place and ambiance but not too stuffy.
Great food and amazing service. Definitely something on the menu for everyone. Happy we went and will be back soon!
We had a nice table in the mezzanine, which we really enjoyed. We were meeting with friends who really needed to unwind from some things going on in their life. Our waiter / bartender gave us great service with time when we needed it and attention when we needed it. The food and drinks were very good. The brioche bun dessert is fantastic - highly recommend.
I've eaten at British Bankets numerous times over the years, and always have loved it. The food this time wasn't seasoned and undercooked. Our servers were horrible as well. Won't be back.
Do not be dissuaded by the fact that this place is called the BRITISH Bankers Club. The food and drinks are excellent!
Shout-out to Min for being an incredible server who was wonderful in helping us select awesome items off the menus. Highly recommend trying the cocktail with the coconut cookie, black sesame on the rim, and tea ( it's new and on the seasonal drinks or daily deposits menu ). Honestly delicious and very unique.
Also shoutouts to the chef who cooked the chicken of the chicken tikka masala dish. This is the best cooked chicken I have had in a long while, perfectly tender and juicy and flavorful.

Loved every dish we ordered. Cauliflower steak and Filet Mignon are highlights. The cocktail list is creative and the drinks were delicious.

I remember going there long ago (longer than I care to admit) when it was more down to earth but still impressive.
it's a very posh now; it is Menlo Park, after all, and woe to you if you drive there in a car worth less than $100k.
we were there for a corporate function and the food was excellent as were the drinks and the staff was awesome.

Fish smell was overpowering for vegetarians like us
Truffle pasta was very rich, generous and very good. Great alcohol list. Quite pricey, but swanky interior and location
Good food, nice service but no British Atmosphere at all (very American)
British people would never serve beer in such a glass :-(

A really nice trendy British feel of upscale but without the pretentiousness! I'd say the meals all looked really well presented and made tasty. Everyone seemed to love their dishes. I had the Prime Braised Beef Short Rib w/Yorkshire Pudding and it was FABULOUS. See my pic...it was definitely the envy of the table. The desserts also didn't disappoint with the Meyer Lemon Pavlova and Chocolate Budino. With a little Italian coffee...it was a treat. Highly recommend.
