The food was superb and the service so friendly. I can’t believe I’ve been working in Menlo Park for 3 years and just came in for the first time. It certainly won’t be my last!

Our server brought us a complementary appetizer, complementary desert, and gave me extra rice and beans in my to go box. The atmosphere and warm and the food is great. Cannot recommend this place enough!

A hidden gem!

From the outside, it looks like your basic Mexican restaurant. The menu will quickly change your mind, and I can say our party loved everything we had. They have a bunch of fish items and we're looking forward to try more.

Oh, and the flan... mmmmm

We stopped here before going to a concert at the Guild and it was perfect. It was relatively quick, and food was good, not too pricey. Portions were pretty good size as well. Service was a bit slow because there was only 1 server working, but she was so sweet! Would definitely come back pre concert, and would recommend if you are out of town coming for a concert for sure.

Parking: We parked right at 6pm in the parking lot right next to the restaurant. It was free after 6 so it worked perfectly.

Simple and unassuming and become our pre-concert go to when we go to The Guild. The red snapper is exceptional and the service staff are lovely. Be careful, the service wait can be long if a bunch of staff called in sick on a Saturday night

Love this cute place! Great Mexican food with excellent service. Much nicer than most Mexican restaurants with white tablecloths and nice art on the walls, but still has a casual and relaxed atmosphere. So nice that it's quiet and you can have a conversation. This place deserves to have more customers for sure! We have eaten here before and will certainly do so again.

Went at lunchtime and I ordered the Enchilada de Mariscos Lunch (Grilled seafood marinated in adobo sauce, wrapped in a flour tortilla with a chipotle tequila cream and mango salsa, served with rice and beans) which was delicious. My friend ordered the Camarones al Mojo de Ajo Lunch (Shrimp sauteed with garlic, lime, wine and butter. Served with mango salsa, rice and salsa fresca) which he said was delicious as well. Service was good, but the restaurant was almost empty. Food was overpriced, but this seems to be the norm in our area these days.

Four of us had a delicious dinner. Service was lovely, atmposphere was quite so we could actually hear each other. Someone commented this isn't the typical California Mexician food place - exactly! It is better. All four of our main dishes were good. Side of beans had real flavor and wasn't drowned in cheese. Included a little salad not just for garnish and guacamole. Rice also had nice flavor and texture. Vegetables were grilled not boiled. Prices very reasonable for a sit down, full service in a nice location resturant.

Parking: Easy to park on a Thursday night.
