Food was really quite good. The drinks were noticably skimpy - I'd say half a pour for wine compared to most places. Mains took a while, but without us asking, the server brought a free appi (burrata, which was excellent). I really enjoyed the eggplant parm, and my date enjoyed her tortellini. The place seemed chaotic and disorganized, but at least the food was tasty and the servers pleasant. And sorry, I know the cookies after the meal are free, and I feel like I'm being ungrateful, but just say no. Nuf said.

Fabulous dining experience at Che Fico Parco in Menlo Park. The food was tasty and well-presented, and the staff was super attentive and efficient. Large outdoor dining area as well. Our favorite food items were the focaccia, the pepperoni pizza, the pork chop, and the gelato. Underground parking lot next door was easy to get to with plenty of spaces. Highly recommend it for a special occasion dinner!

Dinner at the bar. Server was delightful and knowledgeable and Italian. Made great pairing recommendation that we probably wouldnt have made without his advice. The vongole en croute appetizer is huge - feels like it should lumped in with pizzas or mains but it is not to be missed. I find that Grilled octopus is hard to pull off and they do it very well.
Simply outstanding, I simply have no other words. Our favorite place, everyone always makes us feel so special. Superb in every way. A major shout out to Ralph who is awesome!❤️
Excellent service. Parking is tricky underground, look for the colorful elevators and not the white ones (locked for residents only.) Pizza was so so, but I'm fussy. Welcoming atmosphere and decor. Bar or standard. Outside has little kids running around.
The food here is so good! We started with cocktails: Paloma Spritzer and Finocchio Martini- unfortunately, those didn't wow us. But the Marinated Olives certainly made us raise an eyebrow! So refreshing with its citrus flavor in light olive oil. We decided to forego a Primi and opted for a Genoa Pizza. It skipped my mind that the first time I had the pizza here was something called An Ode to Judy. God that was good and it served me right for not remembering its name. I didn't enjoy the Genoa as much, although it wasn't a bad pie. Our Tonno Crudo was served after the pizza, but only because there was a mix up with the order. Doesn't matter because that Tonno Crudo was a great surprise with its crisp jicama and fresh tuna that was so light pink, all tied together by a thin citrus cream. It was a nice contrast to the Genoa Pizza before getting into our entree. Speaking of entrees, holy cow- that Wagyu Ribeye Cap is what dreams are made of. The way this piece of meat was cooked and married with a silky salmoriglio and those sweet roasted Jimmy Nardello peppers was absolute perfection. You know when you taste something so spectacular that it makes you breathe in so deeply and exhale very slowly? That is this dish. We have to give a special shoutout to the Cappelletti that made its way to the table. We were warned that the Sungold Tomatoes would taste like candy when they popped in your mouth. It was a great accompaniment to the creamy ricotta enclosed in these little hat pastas. We ended our meal with a Vanilla soft serve with a salted caramel. I recommend crushing their signature complimentary anise cookies into your soft serve. We had the opportunity to meet Chef Gio, who is such a nice guy with no airs about him. Thank you, Chef, for a great meal and wonderful evening! We're already planning our next visit.
Last night, my wife, a friend, and I had dinner at Che Fico, and we were absolutely impressed. The food was delicious—each dish was carefully crafted with fresh ingredients and incredible flavors. The service was outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff who made the evening even more enjoyable. I love that place! It's definitely a spot I'd recommend for a memorable dining experience.

Food was good, service was good! Prices are on the high side for pizza and salad. The reservation was made for 4 people weeks ago. Then I called to see if I could bump to 6, I called several days in advance. I was told no so I said could you let me know ow if we can increase reservation size to 6. They said yes, so I left my name and number. I never heard from them but when we got to the restaurant they seated us at a table for 6 and started clearing two plates! There was another table for 6 open and right next door to the first table! Unsatisfactory customer service. We opted for a table for four outside. The tables inside were very noisy. Outside was quieter. All in all I would recommend the restaurant for food and service
The food was under whelming. Lasagna had very little flavor. The salad was almost laughable. We had to ask for Parmesan for the other pasta dish. They brought us ground Parmesan out of a container. The wine list is super over priced and way too large for their menu. Our $98 bottle was one of the least expensive. The "sommelier " served it 15 degrees too cold. Inexcusable! The restaurant wasn't full on a Friday night. I can see why.
Three of us had the best meal we've had in a long time sitting in the covered patio with the world's most fabulous server, Mimi. All the staff were lovely to us and the food was impressive. We highly recommend this restaurant.
We were sitting inside and it was extremely noisy. I do like the ambiance. We had chopped salad which I usually love but this time I think they forgot the olive oil in the dressing, it was so acidic felt like just vinegar. Calzone with clams was delicious! Cocktails were good but overpriced for a regular gin martini. Considering the high prices I don't like the added living wage percentage it should be covered by the food or just add a standard percentage tip for each check. I can highly recommend getting ice cream from the Che Fico supermarket counter, delish!
The pasta and the octopus the best.. pizza a bit boring.. service.. everyone from the hostess to packing up leftovers seemed they had started being a waiter yesterday..except for the bartender, she was obviously experienced. but had way too much to do..The wait on our cocktails and to decant our wine was not acceptable.. plus we had to flag someone down to point out our bottle sitting on the bar for twenty minutes unopened. ..then we had to ask for wineglasses and then wine! We might return in six months, see how it's going.
