I had one of the worst experiences at this Cold Stone location. I received a valid Buy One Get One Free coupon directly from Cold Stone by email this morning and when I tried to redeem it, Shyan the manager rudely refused to honor it. Even after I showed the email right there on my phone, he dismissed it and would not apply the offer. Not only was this incredibly frustrating, but the attitude was unacceptable and dismissive, and flat-out rude. As a paying customer who followed the promotion exactly as it was sent, I should not have been treated this way. If Cold Stone is going to send out promotions, they need to ensure their staff honors them instead of making customers feel disrespected and cheated. Terrible customer service. I’ll be thinking twice before coming back.

Very sigma ice cream store, the person who asks you what flavor for ice cream, then scoops the ice cream, then gives you the ice cream, then mans the cashier was nice. I think the small size is top large, I bet only the ultimate big back could finish it.

We order strawberry passion cake which is pink but got the white one and told this is the right one. They do not accept return and exchange. Manager keeps hiding and no one solve our problem.

Terrible customer service, Uber eats orders take precedent so be prepared to just stand and watch as people cut in front of you and the single cashier tells you they can help you when they can. Should not take 30 minutes to get ice cream.

Love the ice cream here. Not a lot of seats if you want to sit and stay, so keep that in mind. Depending on when you go, also be prepared to stand in line - sometimes with the line extending out the door to the sidewalk - yep: waited that long a few times.

Today 1/14 is my daughter's birthday and supposed to pick up a cake at noon but it's closed. They are supposed to open at noon but It's already 12:24 but still not opened. I called but no answer. Update: never got a call back or refunded.
