Cold Stone, you never disappoint me. Unlike how I've felt this past month, I was feeling quite fulfilled while eating my scoop of Banana Ice Cream with chocolate chips. I love how the consistency and flavor of the ice cream is exactly the same (perfectly sweet with the right amount of banana) at every Cold Stone that I go to. Also, the service is always good (I am not exaggerating). I have literally been four different Cold Stones in NorCal, and I have never been disappointed. Say what.

This store is getting a little run down. But what's worse than that....is the ice cream isn't very good. There are a ton of other ice cream stores that are significantly better. Service is good though!

This store is zero for two in getting my online order correct. The first time, they didn't put the waffle cone in the bag, and I only noticed when I got back to my car. The second time, they gave my order to someone who came before and had to remake mine. The ice cream was nearly melted both times.. Gonna have to try a different one and see if I can find a better one.

I was very excited to try it out again and had high hopes the menu looked really good but my ice cream was literal soup. It even dripped off the spoon. Ruined the chances of coming back

The hours of this store are advertised to be open until 9:00pm. I'm here on a Friday evening and the clerk tried to lock the door at 8:40pm. There is a line out the door, this makes no sense. I watch led multiple people show up before 9:00pm and we're turned away. Terrible that this store advertised being open until 9:00pm and would turn customers away at 8:40pm.

I've said it before and i'll say it again... if it's a chain establishment, there just isn't a way to guarantee that your experience at one location will be the same as another... this location is definitely a prime example of this concept.I took my boyfriend here to get a refreshing treat for his birthday and we both left sincerely disappointed. He was served the wrong ice cream, but the right mix-in... and the milkshake I asked for was just.. bleh. Over- mixed and had ingredients I didn't ask for in it. The store was far from busy, but yet somehow-- the two gentlemen behind the counter just couldn't get it together. (I was young once--I get it. But this was just plain lack of attention and care.) Should we have said something THEN about our disappointment? Probably. Did we? No. And i'll tell you why... in the midst of the preparation of our incorrect and poorly prepared order... a young girl walked in with her mother who complained of a hair in their ice cream... to which one young man behind the counter replied, "Really? No way!! That's why I wear a hat!!" *sigh* that's not how this works, kiddo.There was no manager supervision or another person available to talk to about the situation so we paid, and left. I don't think we'll bother to return at this point, which is a real bummer...

Love the ice cream here. Not a lot of seats if you want to sit and stay, so keep that in mind. Depending on when you go, also be prepared to stand in line - sometimes with the line extending out the door to the sidewalk - yep: waited that long a few times.

Terrible customer service, Uber eats orders take precedent so be prepared to just stand and watch as people cut in front of you and the single cashier tells you they can help you when they can.Should not take 30 minutes to get ice cream.
Really need new management and a face-lift. The staff seem incredibly unhappy and overwhelmed. The lines are long, the ambiance is nonexistent. The ice cream is great so management needs to fix the experience for guests and employees.

Today 1/14 is my daughter's birthday and supposed to pick up a cake at noon but it's closed. They are supposed to open at noon but It's already 12:24 but still not opened. I called but no answer. Update: never got a call back or refunded.

Small shop with cramped waiting area, typical menu for the chain. My main gripes were that the store felt very muggy and hot even at 8pm, the ice cream was melting fast from the get go, and the smell of floor cleaner or disinfectant was so strong I felt nauseated waiting in line. Nevertheless my daughter enjoyed her ice cream combo with a waffle bowl, and it made her night. Glad it made a little girl smile but I wouldn't go out of my way to come again. Otherwise, parking in the area is fairly easy with the big public lot nearby.

Horrible service. The 2 girls are not paying attention at all. 7/21/2022 03:30. Too busy talking to a guy instead of listening to the customer. I ordered a simple ice cream with almonds and Graham crackers. I got almonds and marshmallows. I asked her to remake it and got big attitude. My mom ordered almonds and fudge on top, she only got fudge on top with no almonds. Neither one of them were listening, maybe because they had the rap music on too loud
