I have been wanting to try Eylan and was in the area last weekend, so stopped by on the off chance on getting a table. Even though it was so busy, the hostess, Jackie was so kind in trying to find a table for us. She went out of her way to get us a great table and even came to check on us during our meal! And then we got lucky with the best server, Mei. Mei had such a wonderful personality, professional and gave great food recommendations. I really appreciated her great service.
The food was delicious but honestly I will go back because of the amazing service we received from Jackie and Mei.

Eylan has a nice vibe and presentation, but the flavors felt unbalanced to me.
I especially didn’t like their overpowering tangy spurt tastes, which seemed to dominate rather than complement the dishes. Super liked mushrooms grill dish.
Overall, it looked promising, but the sharp, tangy notes left the experience less enjoyable than expected. The servers and their Manager was very apologetic for the experience. I must say they should review their menu/taste of the dishes once again

We celebrated our anniversary at Eylan and honestly had such a great experience. We did the vegetarian seasonal tasting menu — five courses, and it was very filling (we definitely didn’t leave hungry).
The first course itself had five smaller bites, which I loved because you get to try so many things right away. They even had a vegetarian take on caviar that was surprisingly really good — creative and fun without feeling gimmicky.
Everything tasted great and felt thoughtfully put together. The flavors were on point throughout. If I had to nitpick, the dessert was a bit too sweet for me personally, but still beautifully done.
What really stood out was how special they made our anniversary feel. The service was warm and attentive, and they genuinely made the night memorable for us. Would absolutely go back.

The food was great as was the service. Our big issue was the loud music. As the restaurant filled up, the noise level became almost intolerable. If there was no music or maybe a soft music at a lower volume, it would have been a much better experience.

Fabulous experience. It was a great experience. I think the menu could be expanded a little more not too much and the noise level could be dampened. You can barely hear the server
Just had a late dinner here on a Monday night. The restaurant is gorgeous and the food was delicious. The hamachi was my favorite along with the squash blossoms. The service was excellent. Our server Seeva was fantastic and really made our visit special. Thank you!

The food was great. We had an issue with an over zealous person in charge of clearing dishes but our server was great. The manager was quick to come see how we were doing and did his best to make things right. We were out to have a nice evening and we did! I would come back again
The food and cocktails were great. I highly recommend getting the lamb chops! Best I’ve had anywhere. Also lots of great veggie options.

Visited Eylan for their new weekend brunch after loving Ettan and Copra, and it was a great experience overall.
The space is beautiful, right from the rickshaw at the entrance to the bold wall art and warm lighting, it feels upscale but still relaxed. Compared to Ettan, the pacing here felt calmer, which made for a very enjoyable brunch.
Since the brunch menu is new, we went in without much guidance and ended up really liking what we ordered. The standout was the chicken tikka puff, a flaky pastry stuffed with chicken tikka and served with tikka masala sauce, super unique and delicious. The anar chicken sigri kebab was flavorful, and the moong dal vada chaat was refreshing.
For mains, the chicken yakhni pulao was comforting and aromatic without being heavy. The masala chai was perfect for the rainy weather, and the tender coconut & lychee payasam was light and refreshing to finish.
Service was friendly, though we did have to ask a few times for serving and dessert spoons, a small hiccup but nothing major.
Overall a relaxing brunch and a place we would definitely return to, especially to try the dinner menu.

From the same people that brought you Ettan, this place is another fantastic restaurant. The interiors are beautiful, there is covered parking in the building, and the service was great.
The drink was pretty good and stiff. I had the fried chicken as an appetizer and was sold - it looked simple but the taste was fantastic - and the aioli went well with it.
The lamb chops were succulent, with a good portion of ghee rice (ney choru) that reminded me of fresh home made ghee rice.
The frozen Shrikand was sweet but ok otherwise - because the freezing took away from both the taste and joy of eating soft Shrikand.
Fantastic experience overall.

Had the pre fix menu, nothing impressed. Price is high for the taste, liked Copra n Ettan better
AMAZING FOOD, service was spotty and not quite up to the level I would expect from a restaurant like Eylan. All wait staff were friendly.
