Great service and the quality of food and presentation is Michelin quality . Bit pricy but worth it.
Absolutely loved Eylan! Delicious Indian California cuisine with rich flavors, great presentation, and a warm atmosphere. The service was excellent and the food was memorable. Will definitely be back.
We really loved the fusion based indian appetizers. Twisted Pani puris and indian style aioli are best. But the Yakhni pulao and butternut squash curry are so overrated. Cocktails are OK
Excellent food, we loved the flavors and everything about the menu! The service was incredible and we got amazing wine recommendation from the GM/Somm, Shaun! Love this place, we'll be back!
Overall the food was pretty good, but the service was not satisfactory. We booked the tasting experience to celebrate our wedding anniversary with Eylan. We waited 20-30 minutes after some of the courses for them to come clear the table and move to the next course. The Mango Sorbet, part of the dessert course felt very summer-y, and could have been replaced with something appropriate for winter. Finally, the tasting menu shows “Mithai” to end the experience with, but they forgot to bring that to us and ended our experience early.
The service and the food were amazing. I finally got to experience Awesome twist on Indian food.
Eylan is a beautiful restaurant with outstanding food and cocktails. The wine options are not great especially for being so close to Napa Valley but cocktails are outstanding especially the Gimlet! The food came out nicely staggered and hot and I really liked how the servers explained what they were bringing to the table. The menu is not large but has interesting options and everything we ordered was delicious. The meal pricing was very expensive for the portions.
Great experience – – when I first walked in I was a little surprised how small the place was – – and took a little bit away from the grandeur that I was expecting from such an expensive restaurant. However the place did grow on me. Importantly the service was very good – – and the food was fantastic. What I enjoyed the most was that I didn't walk out of the restaurant feeling incredibly heavy – – or bloated – – like I usually do when I leave Indian Restaurant. The waiter was great and explained the dishes – – and perfectly portioned out the meal. At first I didn't think we ordered enough – – he assured us that we had. And sure enough he was right. I've been on the expensive side but in the end worth it for special occasions
Service was really great, food suggestions are awesome. Explaining the ingredients of the dishes upon serving and suggestions on how to eat it to savor the dish is very much appreciated. Ambience is good but felt little noisy. Frozen shirkand is the best dessert to finish with.
Another excellent experience from the team behind Copra and Ettan. The food here is different enough and created superbly for flavor and presentation. I do however feel it caters a little more to the western palate. Definitely worth the visit.

our second time to this restaurant, the previous visit was during Diwali. The food was different, better during our Diwali visit than this time, but good and interesting nevertheless. The service is outstanding. Olivia, the person responsible for our table on both our visits is very professional and ensures that things progress to the customer's satisfaction. The cocktails are great and the wine pairing works well too. My wife and I shared one wine pairing between the two of us. The noise level is somewhat high making conversation a little difficult, especially for people seated at the end of the table, when there are more than 4 people in your group. Ours was 6 people on each occassion. The fact that some at the table can enjoy a vegetarian tasting menu while others can have the non vegetarian tasting menu is a big plus. The vegetarian menu this time could have been more creative. The main dish was paneer. Though very tasty and well presented it seemed to be aimed at those that say "I need my protein" rather than the intelligent vegetarian diner! Still, a great experience and I highly recommend a visit.
Food was awesome. Unique menu and desserts were great. Given the expectations from this restaurant are higher, items that I want to call out 1. For multiple appetizers and small plates the same green chutney was given,. 2. Plates and silverware were clean and were warm (no issues) but there was some drops of water that should have been cleaned up, The person was extremely nice, so was the presentation of the items we ordered. The cocktails were amazing too. We will certainly go back again. This was our second time at this place in six months.
We had an enjoyable milestone birthday celebration at Eylan. The food was outstanding and the service was good but could be better ( especially the initial meet and greet). The desserts were lackluster. The ambiance is upscale and would definitely recommend.
I had wanted to try Eylan for some time and we went for a special birthday celebration (3 people). The food was very tasty and of generous portions. Otherwise i was pretty disappointed by the meal. Service was painfully slow at the beginning - 45 minutes for our cocktails to be served and they came after the first course which was 30 minutes after we sat down (set menu) dirty plates not cleared for several courses we had a long table against the wall and the seats against the wall (bench) were quite uncomfortable pricing was extremely high for the experience delivered, and the fixed gratuity definitely didn't seem to motivate the staff
The food was outstanding. The flavor profile of the dishes complex yet pleasing to the palette. The staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.
