Nothing special. I got the beef and teriyaki chicken Hawaiian combo. Chicken was dry under the sauce and beef was a bit chewy.
I’ve been coming here my whole life and it’s never changed and I love this place so much! The food is delicious fresh and they are very generous with their portions. The price is unreal for how much food you get and you getting it lighting fast with friendly customer service my grandparents ate here my mom ate here and now I’m bringing my kids here thank you guys for an amazing job and building a place where the whole community can agree is a great place to eat
We got really bad food poisoning from this place, my brother still feels sick 4 weeks later.
I have to agree with other reviewers that this is a hidden gem. I'm a white guy that loves Chinese buffets, but I also lived in Hawaii and love Hawaiian food. So whoever put these two together is a genius. I went with a vegetarian friend and we both spent about $15 each for probably 3 days of food. That was fresh and tasty. I will definitely be going back again
Great selections, fair prices. Good amount of food. Lots of gravy on my wife's chicken cutlet. Plus they sell cartons of chow main, fried rice and steam table selections. A real plus.
Serving size is worth the money!

Big portions for the relatively cheap cost. Flavor is good too, although I wish the chow mein had a slightly stronger flavor to it.

More or less but it would be great if their cleaning service like the bathrooms would be cleaner because it says thank you very much.

So I showed up and most of the food looked dry and like it had been sitting for hours, but with limited Chinese take out options I got it anyway. She served me the smallest scoop of chow mein I mean like tiny I asked if she could put some more and she denied me with a negative attitude. I continued anyway, once my plate was ready she kept with this horrible attitude for no reason and yelled while I was trying to find my credit card. I said you know what I’m ok thanks. She literally gave the plate for free to some Asian guy who was walking out. Whole plate for free but couldn’t give me a decent portion completely pointless. They tend to treat Latinos some kind of way I usually ignore it because they’d never done it directly to me, and because like I said not many options for Chinese around here but this experience was horrible. I went to another Chinese place in front of Target on El Camino in Redwood, food was great they were very friendly and portions were huge. Never going back to J&J. I just read a review that said they have rats ?
