I paid for a breakfast sandwich and I got a burger that I don’t eat and disappointed don’t go to this location because they don’t give you what you paid for and it wasn’t even busy!!!

Nice employees at this location.
They're so kind to me especially when Im having a bad day. My orders have always been correct. To anyone complaining about wrong items, check before you leave, that's what I do.
It gets busy so please be patient when they're slammed with drive-thru and dine in customers.

Took really long for my food to come out, even though I was the only person in the drive thru. Were very stingy with the condiments, even though I ordered a ton of food and asked for sauce specifically. Looked dirty and run down. Just not a good experience.

I placed my order online through the app and picked it up at the drive-thru. When I returned to work, I realized my meal was completely wrong—I received someone else's order. Unfortunately, my lunch break wasn't long enough to go back to Jack in the Box and have the mistake corrected.
I'm confused about how I ended up with someone else's food, especially since the order I received was labeled 'front counter customer.' Additionally, I know my original order cost more than what I received, which adds to my frustration.
From now on I will be checking my food while I sit at the drive-thru window to ensure everything is correct.
I recommend that anyone picking up food here also check their order inside before leaving.
