French name but American 5 yr old like taste. The croissants are super dense and fully of flower, not nice crunchy layers. If you are in a fix, I would for for Costco instead of here.
At 2:40 the employees said it was too late to order most items on the menuToo late to have lunch inside just take out and refused to give us ice in our drinks
Big mouse was running inside september 2 -2023 mouse was big do not eat here
A place for decent bread, a good lunch, and a casual atmosphere. Corporate machinery has degraded this overtime but it's still good.
What a fantastic place! The coffee is fantastic, the food is superb- even a simple grilled chicken sandwich is something quite extraordinary. I highly recommend it. For those of us peasants who don't drive there is the ECR bus. And a walk along the Santa Cruz Avenue is always a pleasure with so many wonderful things to explore.
Unfriendly customer service while picking up Too Good To Go. There were less items than my previous pick up. Unfortunately, I will not be able to distribute to more people due to lack of items. I truly felt unwelcome.
Ordered the spinach mango salad for the entire office and all the fruit that was in the salad was rotten. The mango and tangerines in the salad were super gross!!
I love their bagels, I come here to study the environment is PERFECT, not that busy, there is a variety of seating and tables. This place is just, perfect!
Great sandwiches along with excellent customer service.
I have been coming here for years. What a shock to show up today after more than a year. Horrible service. Coffee pots empty. Staff inattentive and not focused. I will not be back.

Good bread and clam chowder. That said, it's definitely gone downhill. Employees don't seem motivated and make simple mistakes, like not halving a sandwich. Additionally, their soda machine hasn't worked in six months. Does anyone care?
Great coffee and sandwiches
I'm outside at 7:27 and it's closed. It says they open at 7 but doors are closed no one there. Disappointed
I really like this location - you can park on the street and just walk directly to the restaurant high ceiling, lots of room to sit , lively atmosphere. The prices are decent - two people can get breakfast for under $20I got the vegetable omelette on sourdough (yum) for 9 and we got a bowl of tomato basil soup for 8The Menlo Park farmers market is right across the street open on Sundays
Would not recommend a latte here.
