Came with my family and both people who had chicken ended up getting sick later that night.

Ordering online for takeout is a disaster here. Seems they don’t start even looking at orders until you show up and ask about your food.

So disappointed. I used to enjoy coming to Lulus's for their tortilla soup. My friend and I ordered it today. She had two spoonfuls and I ate everything but the chicken. Soup was tepid and the chicken was VERY dry and TASTELESS. The guacamole was awful. It did not taste like real guacamole. I don't know what they did. But they're obviously adding some kind of additive or who knows what. Perhaps it was premade.

I told the cashier that the soups weren't good and he said he's sorry and he'd tell the chef. But he should've really give us our money back. We didn't even eat it and for lunch for two people is $58. Guac, chips and soup!!! Not worth it and not coming back.

There are so many other Mexican food restaurants I don't know how they can afford to have bad food.

The staff is very friendly. The food was very good. Got the al pator burrito ?.

Good food but way overpriced. Having to wait 30 mins for one taco is kinda funny, especially when ppl who ordered after me are leaving with their orders.

Nice lunch experience really like the vibes here brought the family here for great lunch and love the place nice music really clean nice tv playing hockey.
Food was prepared at the moment really fresh and yummy my kids love it.
Abel was really helpful with us since the cashier made a mistake with the order.
Problem was fix right a way with nice apology and not extra charge including free chips.
We feel really welcoming here little price but definitely worth it.

Kim was really helpful.
I try to use Lulu's for catering event and call many times all I got transferred to leave a voice mail.
Lulu's Lost $4000 sale on this event mama coco was really helpful they are my catering service now.

It doesn't work here, it takes a long time. The service is terrible, here you go. The break, put people who want to work. The manager, Gordo, is useless.
