this hotel was good in every angle, great location and easy to find, Lobby very nice with many ornament and garnish there is middle level of luxury, I was satisfied with all service, especially Mr. Ali (front office manager), was very communicative and very informative, soon I will back to stay at this Hotel!

Came for family transit vacation, helped by Mr Ali In reception for Sidoarjo culinary treats. Warm greetings and joyful person makes our stay feel likes home. The room is spacious and comfy, keep up the good habit and see you later!

Nice and cozy hotel with great comfort and friendly hospitality. I stayed at this hotel for business and pleasure. They have tasty dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Their choice of food is very good with plenty of traditional dishes. Strategically located in the business area and housing community, this hotel provides excellent accommodation and service, although they don't have swimming and gym facilities. Easy to be reach from Juanda Airport and Gubeng or Pasar Turi Train Station.

We had a great time, nice hotel, nice city. We enjoy the food, the coffee of the hotel's restaurant. The things that we appreciate most are this hotel start to consider about being responsible to nature, using water jug instead of plastic bottle for mineral water. 2 tumbs up

Nice hotel to stay, in the middle city of sidoarjo, you can directly access to the toll near the hotel. This toll leads you to the surabaya, malang and mojokerto. This hotel has a nice menu, indonesian food and european food

Stayed for the 2nd time, and was not disappointed. They have relatively spacious rooms with modern decor and amenities. Loving the breakfast, as they went beyond our expectation with the variety and flavors. Also, a shout out for Chef Ila for the mouthwatering dessert items. Thank you.
Stayed here for business, - hotel selected for its location. A newer hotel, overall quite nice, but the noise from the street, - i was on 8th floor, but with single curtains and little else to dampen the noise, - I found it difficult to get to sleep. Other slight issue that may annoy some, and it did annoy me is that they do not have a license, - so I could not get a beer to settle the travel fatigue.

The hotel room was comfortable. However the bathmatt was still dirty when we entered the room. The shower is good warm and strong. But makes the whole bathroom wet. The breakfast was delicious and big variety. Many indonesian dishes as well as western. Staff was very friendly and speak english. Overall enjoyable stay. Would stay here again if i needed a hotelroom nearby.
