Standard McDonald's location with friendly staff and located in downtown Menlo Park which is good for anyone working in the area or anyone looking to grab some of their iconic menu offerings. The parking lot is simple and easy, and I never had a problem with finding a spot.

Out if toys single toy if you are a vegeterean you have to buy a happy meal.

Bad, the ones on shift who were there this Friday around 4:30 to 5:00 were very terrible. They should have left the friendly and dedicated staff alone, but these women had a lot of gossip that could be heard even outside, one of them saying no. No one is left out, I mean it was during working hours and they should kindly attend to the customers. Excellent food but terrible service. The manager was very kind and respectful but unfortunately she was not there that day.
It is a place where the managers lack respect and ethics, just like this lady named Erica who suffers from words to deal with people if they do not know how to deal and run a business afloat or it is due to lack of personnel that they lack, they put people in charge like this lady......learn work ethics, lady, it is on the clients that a business depends, it does not believe itself to be the owner.

There isn’t a drive thru so we went inside and almost all the seats were taken and the kiosk that we were using at first wasn’t working the food came fast delivered to our table and our order was wrong g but it was food and we were starving so we ate it.

I buy food for my daughter and family every day. Mirna the manager is very rude, she's telling me I need to place the order on the screen. Not really customer's fault Menlo Park location is always short on staff. And food quality is either hit or miss or I get burned fries. Or old or chewy nuggets,, or maybe the oil they are using has not been changed? Maybe management needs a refresh on customer service and food quality!
