Unimpressed with this location. No drive thru, so we did a mobile order. It took a long time for someone to come out. We were the only ones in the parking lot, so there's no reason it should have taken so long. The food was obviously not fresh, had been sitting around for a while. A couple annoying things that aren't super big deals are:I specifically asked for no straw and they put one in the bag. They also put a lot of ketchup in, which I never asked for.

Like any McDonald's the food and service is standardized. I went through the drive thru and it was easy using the app. Food was fresh and hot. Nothing to complain about and got the usual McDonald's expected outcome.

Worst meal, crispy chicken deluxe with the 2 tomatoe slices the size of a quarter and were the top and bottom on the tomatoe, bun crumbled apart, dry meat overcooked! Self order no interaction with staff at all.

It's a average McDonalds in terms of food but the manager and staff are very nice. I had a mishap with the app (charging me for an order that didn't go through) and the manager came out to tell me I could pick it up later in the week. I came back a few days later and she wasn't in but the staff knew and still gave me the meal. Very nice people!

Of course it is as simple as MD food. But what makes this location great is the amazing staff. As good as it gets and more. Super commited to preparing all orders fast and with a smile. Incredibly kind when delivering and if someone needed anything extra or improved. Also all was very clean and it was super easy to order with several touch screen stations. Also parking is available and drive through. Thanks for the service. My kid was craving for a full meal with a chocolate Sunday and the double sauce made her day. Thanks ? ? ?

McDonald's fast food restaurant has consistently failed me. The food quality frequently falls short of expectations, with things frequently appearing quickly cooked and out of date. The service is inconsistent, with considerable wait periods and order problems on occasion. While the costs are reasonable, the overall experience falls short of expectations. With so many alternative fast food options, it's difficult for me to rationalize returning to McDonald's.
