Was eating lunch when i noticed cockroaches crawling in the wall. Couple minutes later i noticed a second cockroach. The food was good.

The cashiers are stealing money from CC users. Tuesday and thursday is two for one. Yet one ends up being charged over $60 for 2 pizzas when on the phone your told you will be charged@$40. I noticed issues with the reader with clients in front of me. By the way the pizza is no longer applewood quality for sure. What is happening to down town menlo park?

We love this location! The pizza is delicious and there’s a bunch of, “free play” arcade games too. Definitely will be back. Large Pizzas are half off Tuesday and Thursdays :)

We were seeing a show at the guild threatre. Needed a quick bite. Ordered on the trip down from SF. they had it ready when we walked in. Ate it in line, made friends sharing with the door crew @ the guild. Was surprised at how good the pizza was. I wouldn't call it cheap, but nothing is these days. Med 2 topping a little over$30. Was worth it. Logistics were good. We were hungry. Right across the street from the show.

Why can’t they make their Garlic Sticks w cheese??!!! Literally looks like bread sprinkled with the smallest amount of cheese. Add the freaking cheese man! Look at the picture on the website for reference. No wonder your location is averaging 2 stars.

The buffet was sad the pizza was hard the salad bar was less than standard the Italian pasta salad was completely bad but yet those who don't really eat that type of salad thought it was fine. Service did help by bringing out fresh pizza which was awesome the sodas were completely flat they did change over the gas for that and therefore it was better when we got soda at the end of our pizza. Basically wherever you work it should be understood that you're there to keep up standards of the company or restaurant you work for even if there isn't a big reception of people during that certain day. We were customers came from out of town and was there due to Medical situations in the family but it wasn't expecting having substandard pizza from Mountain Mike's. Thank you

Nice and staff They help me at the last minute before they close, they were almost closed The food quality is good unfortunately unhealthy but once in the valley is okay. Use Tuesday Thursday half-price deal large combo large pizza $20
