Finally isolated my spice level...

Unacceptable delivery experience
1. We paid extra for spicy on the side. We didn't get it.
2. The boba was NOT jasmine milk tea. It's just the regular.
Boba business is hyper competitive and you just lost a customer. Please get your act together š¤·š»āāļø
Had the matcha brown sugar boba and it was great (8/10). But the popcorn chicken was incredibleā¦ its really good.
not sure what kind of tea or milk they used, but the drink tasted watered down and artificial - more like sweetened water than boba. Everything tasted low-quality and rushed. Definitely not coming back.

They have the best popcorn chicken. Great price, super tasty and good size portion. Staff is friendly and they make your orders quickly.
San Mateo location is friendlier, taste better with seemingly better quality ingredients.
The guys in Menlo seem unapproachable and a tad creepy.
Level 3 spicy popcorn chicken was amazing.
First place me and pookie went when we met her beautiful scrunshy curly Guatemala š¬š¹ hair and nerdy glasses š¢ wonāt forgot this place.
I took away chicken with Spicy 1 level, but it was so spicy I couldnāt eat. Iāve ordered here before and the spiciness is very inconsistent. Frustrated as I was very hungry.

I go here all the time- since I go to the middle school down the road itās very convenient. I ALWAYS get this drink- Strawberry lemonade, normal sweetness, no/less ice, 2x lychee jelly, 1x mango jelly. Itās always so good every time! The tofu cubes are not good but I donāt like tofu in general so thatās just me. It doesnāt take too long- but really depends on how busy it is. The staff is nice but doesnāt talk much. The atmosphere is nice too! I love the vibes of this place. I donāt get tapioca boba but the lychee and mango jelly is so good, especially if you love jello or stuff like that. Itās chewy but not too chewy, and very sweet. I recommend if you like fruity/sweet drinks.
